Crass inspector with little compassion for client and little consideration for my home. I was shocked at how brash he was during the inspection, how he rushed my questions. Felt like it was only about making the money versus providing quality service.The issue was resolved but the experience was terrible. I had another inspector come in a few days later and he was absolutely shocked at 1) my experience, 2) the results of the inspection, and 3) what was recommended.

I'm confused by this post. All of our Pest control technicians have been working for me for minimum of 5 years and the average is around 20 years. They are all very polite and never crass. This poster mentions about an inspector. But obviously some Pest control was performed because he said the issu

Jim was really good he told me what he was going to do and he showed me what he was doing I would tell everybody else know about you guys. And was surprised that they could come out the next day.
