Spoke to Jonathan. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a friendly and great way to explain the steps necessary to get rid of these cockroaches. I just moved into a new place and there are the little roaches. He explained the next steps in an easy to digest manner and what I need to do so we can solve this problem. Showed up when they said they would. The work they performed was professionally done. The associate also followed up with me a week after the work was performed. Overall a great experience, will definitely be using them again in the future.

Prompt, courteous service. Had questions about warranty and received answer in timely manner. Was able to schedule home inspection on the same day I spoke to technician. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable about are issues and made suggestions on how to prevent future problems. John came within 2 hours of my call. He examined the outside and inside of the house. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and made a follow-up call in one week as promised. No second treatment was needed. Excellent service and I highly recommend!

Professional and prompt

I had a problem with yellow jacket. My husband tried his best for a couple of days with no success. I called NB Pest Control and within a couple of days John was at my house. The next day I did not see one bee around. So nice, knowledgeable and super helpful for a reasonable fee!! Highly recommend!!!

We have used New Bedford Pest Control on several occasions. The services provided are top notch. We recently reported a bees' nest in the gutter area near the roof. When Jon came to take care of this, he noticed another nest in a totally different area as well. He also called as a follow up to be sure the nests were gone. Jon goes above and beyond. Thank you for the great service!

Since they’ve started treating my home, I’ve had none of the pest issues I dealt with prior to.

Would not use them again. Did not solve the problem of carpenter ants in the garage. I would have to pay an additional fee to have them return after 2 weeks went by. it is likely my mistake…not reading the fine print. I thought they would exterminate them and get the job done, but that did not happen and it is not in the agreement. You have to pay an additional fee to have them come back. I wanted to support a local business and I am disappointed.

I attempted to call for advice and was met with an absolutely miserable woman. I understand we aren't always in a 'happy' mood; when you're the voice respresenting a business you may want to be more pleasant.

Called this morning (11/24/2020) around 8 something and the lady who answered had a serious attitude! How dare i call the week of thanksgiving i guess and told me the price for one level as if that was gonna be a deterrent. Called griggs and browne instead. They probably do great work but i guess i’ll never know now right?

Went there at 3.55 to speak to someone and the building was already closed and locked up. No point in store hours . Won't be back.
