MD Weaver The Pest Reliever

Fifteen years ago or more, Ken with MD Weaver solved an unfortunate neighbor issue impacting our building.  A couple of weeks ago, I saw a mouse in our trash compactor so I called MD Weaver in the morning and by early afternoon a technician arrived. Everyone I have spoken with, whether in the past or present, has been friendly professional, and empathetic.  They all listened, spent as much time as necessary to  take care of the issue, and they all went above and beyond to ease my anxiety. I can't thank Mary, Dan, Ken, Tim and Keith enough for their time and for helping us then and now.

Jason has serviced Tremont on the Common for the past 3+ years and has done an amazing job. He is very thorough, very communicative, and a constant professional. I would recommend MD Weaver to other buildings.

Eli came and did the Lord’s work to help with my mouse infestation. Upon arrival, I actually had a live mouse caught in one of the traps I set. I was immediately panicked to see the live creature. Eli without hesitation took over and solved the problem without me having to witness it. He also moved every appliance, searched for holes, filled every possible access point and even vacuumed up mouse droppings behind my appliances. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend requesting Eli when in need of exterminator services!!

Luis did a great job on this follow up service.He arrived on time. He was very neat and listened to our concerns. He suggested another visit in three weeks.

MD Weaver has been servicing my home for the past 6 years and then my prior home for at least 15. Reliable, friendly and flexible company to work with. I have a yearly service plan and they always accommodate my needs when issues arise like ants and wasp nests and flies. Most recently and unfortunately I had mice in my kitchen. Luis, one of the technicians has worked diligently over the past 6 months to eradicate them off the main floor and so close to getting rid of them in the basement. He is very diligent in inspecting my house particularly my basement and closing up many holes. I highly recommend this company and Luis.

Have used MD Weaver service for over 25 years. Love that they use all natural substances which are safe around kids and dogs. Dave Flynn has been our technician for at least 10 years and is wonderful. He is friendly and does a great job at taking care of my property. He thoroughly inspects the home inside and out each time he comes and treats for seasonal pests in advance of them entering into my home. We called for an emergency service one weekend this summer my husband stepped on a hornet nest (he is extremely allergic). The company sent someone to the house within 2 hours to remove the nest. Dave then came by that Monday to check that there weren't any other nests and sprayed the entire area to make sure hornets didn't return to start a new nest. I would highly recommend MD Weaver and definitely ask for Dave Flynn as your service technician.

MD WEAVER is an first rate pest reliever. They came to my home to get rid of a wasp nest. This was a real emergency for me because I carry an Epi Pen and I have a life-threatening allergy to wasps, bees, and hornets. They answered my call and came quickly. Technician did not show up for our appointment, utterly unprofessional.

MD Weaver rep David Flynn was a great representation of your company and service . His knowledge lead to my direct problem and where the openings were for the mice to enter in two specific areas . He took care of those areas and explained as he did it and why the copper mesh would work . He is as very thorough in looking for other specific areas that they may hide or try to get in . He also let me know that might be a few stragglers other than what I’ve already cart hiding inside even though no more I would be able to get into those other areas . He took care of those areas where they had been before by placing traps and sticky glue sheets . The day after he left and I went downstairs one mouse was caught at one of the old point of entry is where they were probably trying to get out it was caught by one of the traps that was set there . I was not alarmed that there was one because he informed me there may be I appreciated that . As of what we’ve done I’ve not had one more issue where when I called you over four days I had caught six mice with my own little sticky trap but I knew I had to call a professional to find out where the problem was coming from and to stop it . I am glad I called MD Weaver . Also glad you have a representative like David was very knowledgeable professional and customer friendly . As I hope not to have to call you again I will make sure other people know how do you service in your professional manner your employees . David is an asset to your company hold onto him because when you have a good employee like that you need to appreciate it because their service they give is The signature of your company‘s reputation .

They came to do pest control in my building and honestly I would have done much better myself. We had took the time to clear all areas as they asked and mark all the places where we needed the cracks between walls and floor to be sealed and none was treated. Additionally not a trace of insect poison, just some sticky traps.
