I was terrified after a seeing a mouse run across my kitchen floor. I called two companies before calling Richie. They were pressuring me to sign an annual contract that would end up costing over a thousand dollars a year for services I didn't need. Richie charged a one time fee that was fraction of the cost of the others that included a six month warranty. He came right away and did his magic. It's been two months and I haven't seen a mouse since. Just to ease my mind I called Richie and asked if he would come back to check things out. He came without hesitation. He checked on his treatment and made me feel much better. I offered to pay him for the additional service. He refused to accept my money telling me the visit was included under warranty. I was floored, someone was actually not taking $$ I offered. I am lucky to have found my new pest guy that I trust 100%.

Richie came immediately the second I asked him to come. Diagnosed the problem and has been there more than scheduled to deal with the problem, 100/10 service. Can’t recommend this business enough!
