I had used Milford Exterminating in the past for years and found them to be professional and responsive. I recently called the company to inquire about a quarterly service. After a couple of days I received a call back. Unfortunately I was not available at the time of the call, a message was left for me. I called back and was told that they monitor their phone but 98% of the time no one is in the office. The woman who left the message said that it might be best to communicate through email. I never heard such a thing in that industry. I asked if no one beringin the office was related to the Pandemic and was told that it was not. I inquired about the service that I was looking for. Much to my dismay they do not come out in the evening to do an estimate or provide services. I mentioned that I could bet home for 4:30. I was also told that they charge extra to come out on a Saturday, if there is someone available. I work full time and can not take time off for an estimate. I am unwilling to pay extra for Saturday, I see that as an excuse to rip off a customer. Given the fact that they are not in the office and monitor their phones I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was able to find a company that will come to my home in the evening and that does not charge extra for Saturday if services are needed.
