I would recommend patriot pest only for the tech who came to our house today. The customer service (woman on the phone) could really work on professionalism and basic kindness. Even if you don’t see eye to eye with a customer there’s a level of professionalism that should be kept. We are considering using them for another service but truthfully will be researching other companies as well. Customer service is a huge reason clients may or may not come back to a company..
Updated as of 7/29 - First year using them for lawn fertilizing as previous company was sold and they were excellent. I had to move to TruBrown for several years and they burnt the lawn out and ruined the lawn in many spots.I haven't had great good luck with them and now found Patriot is a decent lawn fertilizer company for my small lawn. This service has made my lawn much better and looks great.I hope to continue to use them but pricing is always a concern every year. Kyle has been my lawn tech. He has done a great job. Patriot also uses granular instead of liquid fertilizer which has made a huge difference. Thanks for the professional service. Your doing great with my account.

I am not a customer, but I am very disgusted with the level of customer service I encountered with the Operations Manager, Justin today, 9/13. On 9/12, a technician was scheduled to complete a core aeration/seeding service at my NEIGHBOR'S house and they ended up performing this service on well over half my property. I have an irrigation system and there is damage to my sprinkler heads. Justin claimed the technician was not on the area of my property where the damage occurred, however, I have cameras and the technician was indeed on that part of the property. There was NO apology for the situation and NO offer to rectify the situation. See pictures for damage to the sprinkler heads. I had my landscaping company come out to assess the damage and I will be sending the bill for repairs. This company is the worst! ***************** The response from the owner is B.S. This response doesn't help me with my damaged sprinkler heads. What are you going to do to fix my broken sprinkler heads? And I have reached out SEVERAL times and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS.************

At our property alone, twice within 2023, Patriot Pest Management was cited by MA Dept of Agriculture because their techs violate safe pesticide spraying conduct at a neighboring property. They have actually, carelessly sprayed known human carcinogens on guests and contractors at my property. They repeatedly do not follow health and environmental safety regulations when spraying. They kill the beneficial pollinators that we all need to maintain our food supply and survive. FYI, the state will immediately test your property for pesticide residue if you encounter the same violations. Call the Pesticide Enforcement Hotline at the MA Department of Agricultural Resources. Homeowners, please inform yourselves and pay attention to what your hired contractors are actually doing. Patriot Pest Managemet continually violates health and safety regulations.

The team at Patriot Pest Management have been great to work with to determine the best plans for coverage at my house and for my large yard. Advance notice of a visit to the house is always provided and a copy of the application details will be left for us to review. Have found them to be very professional. Prior to each service call I receive a phone call alerting me to the upcoming visit. This call also allows me to change the day/time of the service if I need to. Since using the service I have seen a difference in my lawn re weeds. Also less pests and mosquitos. And I believe the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend the service.

I have used Patriot lawn services for many years and my lawn always looks great. They call ahead to let you know when they are coming and always come when they say. I think their fees are reasonable and they give suggestions on how to take care of your lawn and if they see a problem they let you know what to do to correct it. I highly recommend their service.

The quote they provided me for my 2,500sqft lawn falls within a range of lawn size 1,000-6,000sqft, which gets all the same price for services! Why would you pay the same price as a lawn more than double your size for the same services? You literally use half the amount of labor and product!

I would highly recommend not using this company for pest management solutions. There technicians are either inexperienced or incompetent. One First Strike in an RTU really guys. Your either cheap or you don't read the labels on your product. I going with your cheap. Did any one teach these guys that you do not put exterior bait stations on the corners of a building. If you think these guys are good you probably really didn't have a serous problem. Get out of pest control stick with killing your weeds. This company is only in business to scam you beware.

Poor customer service. Wanted to cancel pest control services because they weren't upto our exceptions. I got a call back from them ,didn't even ask why we are cancelling the service. The first thing i was told i have to pay for the full year to be able to cancel the services. Seriously. I asked for the cancellation policy. According to LAURIE they don't have any cancellation policy that stated all about that. So unprofessional .
Had them for years. Don't know what happened the past 2 years, but customer service is terrible.
If you are hispanic, I would think twice before hiring this company. I asked the tech which I think is the owner to give me an estimate for lawn maintenance but he kept insisting that I call the office and ask for Candice because she speaks Spanish. He literally told me this 3 times. At one point I told him that English or Spanish wasn't a problem and his reply was "whatever". There was no reason for this. It was insulting and degrading. I called the office to complain and even Candice told me that she didn't understand why he acted this way because my English was good. the tech was Rude and ignorant.
MIsleading business practice . Poor customer service. Beware .

I attest to the bad communication from the previous reviewer. We scheduled for an on-site consultation with a technician in the first week of May. I've been trying to get in touch with them for about a week to get a more exact time for this visit and getting no response. Also, they never answer their phone during regular business hours. I had to leave a message for them to call me back a few days later. Still waiting for a response at this time on this consultation...

As I explained to you during your inspection on May 13th, our season started late because of the unseasonably late snow and wet spring; from 4/10 - 5/28 it rained 51% of the days. Pretty bad communication from this company. Requested service on March 30th via response to their flyer. Followed up with phone call but had to leave voicemail. Received voice mail and two e-mails from them without any date commitment for services (copies below). Very Frustrated, I called TruGreen, and someone showed up, gave an evaluation, plan for maintenance services, all within four days of my calling. Now on 6/23/16, i find out from a door hanger, Patriot also servicing my lawns and wants past due balances of $193.50. - Spoke to manager Lauri Lzzi, she cancelled service but looking for balance anyway. - I find it just unrealistic that they would provide service without speaking to me at all. Two e-mails that i received: 4/21/16 e-mail: My apologies during this time of year. I appreciate your patience. We will call you 24-48 hours before coming out to do your service and my goal (weather permitting) is to have your service done in the course of a week. We are on schedule for our service and air temps are still cool for soil temps staying low. I left a message on your 908#. Thank you. All my best, Lauri Izzi 4/13/16 e-mail: Hello Mr. Sabir, We must have an incorrect phone number for you. Please call us tomorrow between the hours of 8a and 4p to get it updated.
