SMS was recommended to me for a mice infestation cleanup at my mother in law's home. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to deal with from the owner Steve, Nancy and all of the crew that did the job. These guys know their stuff. This is not something the average pest control company can do.

I hired SMS to clean a house belonging to a relative that had died. The house had a mice issue and needed extensive cleaning. They did a great job- the floors were sparking after and the house smelled clean! Great relief to get this done in advance of selling the home.

Discovering hazards in your home is one of the worst feelings that you can encounter. Especially when they are health hazards. Add to that the stress of discovering them because of an event in your home at the same time. Whoever you decide to work with is a business you hope will relieve the worry and stress. SMS is that business. They are responsive. They work quickly. They are professional. They are honest. Their pricing in reasonable. And most importantly, their follow up after the work is done is tip-top. I can't begin to tell you how happy my wife and I are with them. We hope that we never have to see them again (obviously), but if we ever encounter any problems they service in the future, we're already more relaxed about them. That's something you don't find in many businesses who you work with. There's no other business in this space to consider besides SMS. Steve Timpany, hands down, knows what he is doing.

We were in a bind and SMS came through. Nancy was exceptional from answering my questions regarding the service before service to the completion of the job (cleaning air ducts and vents). These guys are phenomenal. They’re extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is one of those things that you didn’t know you needed until you get it done.

Extremely poor customer service. When they came to inspect the mold in my basement Steve was very rude to my wife, speaking to her with a condescending attitude and making disrespectful comments towards our home. A "thorough inspection" lasted only a few minutes and even though he saying there was not much work to be done we were still quoted at nearly $2,000. Very unprofessional.
