AJ was very responsive from the very beginning, even responding to my initial email out of business hours over the weekend. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and made every effort to make sure we knew what he was doing and why as well as what he would recommend. Our rodent situation has since subsided thanks to AJ and he continually checks in to see how things are going and ALWAYS wants to make sure we are happy with his service. 1000% recommend AJ!!!!
