We have an 1&1/2 acres that have been under the Mantis umbrella for 8 years. Mosquitos, ticks, mice and snakes all under control. They take personal pride in their work. All varments run for the hills when they see the truck pull up.

tldr; Steve resolved a chronic bedbug problem using the minimum amount of product. The service was not cheap, but the bedbugs have been gone now for 3.5 months. Highly recommended. Details: We had bed bugs in one upstairs bedroom, but had seen no bugs in any other room. I had already tried a room fogger twice, and spray from the store on the whole bed, including the mattress, slats and pine floors. These did not resolve the problem. Steve came three times. Each time he did a thorough treatment on the room with the infestation, then a lighter treatment to the other rooms on the same floor. He used no product elsewhere. NB: Steve required that we run ALL the clothes (and towels, etc.) in the infested room and closet through a hot dryer.

Steve and his crew do a wonderful trustworthy service! What began with few mouse droppings led to our home being treated in a way that I was comfortable with the concerns I had with my kids and pets. When I found out that they also provide mosquito and tick control, I was very eager to get signed up. They were able to get the last half of the summer done for us and we were able to go outside again and enjoy our backyard again. With the amount of rain we had in 2023, I was very impressed with the results and now my neighbors are signing up too because they were wondering why we had no mosquitos while they still did even after a treatment by another company!

I'm not happy at all had a problem with bedbugs before I moved into my unit and was supposed to be taken care of called you guys and this will be the 6 th time you guys come out and we still have them and now even worse I'm getting eatened my 7 month old is getting eatened and now they are everywhere my furniture was brand new and now they are ruined by mice and bedbugs

We had a serious mice issue in our basement this past summer. I called a couple of pest control companies to come to our home to inspect the basement and provide us with an estimate to resolve the problem. We hired Steve Burke of Mantis Pest Control to rid us of the mice. There were several reasons why we selected Steve. Steve's inspection and explanation of our mice problem was very thorough. He took time to answer all my many questions. We were very inquisitive, never having this problem in the past. Steve was patient and understanding. We felt very confident with him delivering on his word to rid the basement of the mice. Steve is very personable. We felt comfortable dealing with him. And, his knowledge , expertise and honesty increased our comfort level in hiring him for the job. The quote to perform the work was reasonable. It was to be a long process, several weeks. We thought the price was fair given the problem as it was described. After making the decision to bring Steve on, he was punctual for each planned visit to perform the work and the follow up visits to check on the status of his work. And if he was to be late for a visit he was sure to contact us in advance to notify us. The mice are gone. The entry/exit holes plugged. Steve completed the work on schedule and at the price he quoted. It was a pleasure having Steve perform the work and get our basement back to normal. We highly recommend Mantis Pest Control and Steve Burke. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any pest control issues that may surface in the future.
