We are repeat customers. Patrick is our account representative. He is always polite and professional. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance and Patrick arrived during the scheduled service time. We have the full year protection program. Patrick reviewed each bait station and added to certain bait stations as needed. Their service is always A++.

The guys at LifeSpace have helped us with wasp, spider, and rodent extermination. They are always quick to respond to concerns, answer and return calls. They are a small team but highly effective, friendly and helpful. Their prices are great for a plan. I couldn't be more happy with their service. Five stars!!!

I was pleased with termite control for the short term. I do wish they better communicated the need for continued annual station inspections at close to $300. a year, in addition to the roughly $1000. bait installation charge.

Michael came right over the same day I had called. That alone was immpressive. I thought we had termites but it was just ants with wings. But he treated my house and the next day they were gone. Not an ant in sight! Would highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! I had two nasty hives on both sides of my house. They not only called right back, but booked me the next day. Service tech knew I was coming from out of town, called me early morning and weaved his morning route around my schedule without missing a beat. These people are the real deal. Job was 90% done by the time I arrived 15 min late. Having owned and lived on cape every summer for 50 years, this is top notch service. Nice to talk to actual people on the phone. Highly recommend

Lifespace is the most professional and reliable pest control service I have used. We use them at our home in Barnstable, and they also manage the pest control at our rental house in Hyannis. We rent the Hyannis home via VRBO in the summer. A rental client can be very spooked by any bugs. Lifespace has kept our two homes pest-free. I highly recommend them.
