I called and left a voicemail on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, not expecting a callback until Tuesday. Paul called 10 minutes later! He came out that Tuesday morning to take care of a groundhog issue. A few weeks later, we thought we had a critter above our sunroom and Paul was at our house within 45 minutes. He's extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable -- highly recommend!

Called on a Thursday and Paul was at our house Friday morning to fix a squirrel problem in my attic! He got them out and fixed the problem so they wouldnt get back in!!! I highly recommend his company. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a mysterious sporadic noise in our living room wall. When it became impossible to ignore, we called Paul. He came to the house, did an inspection, and by process of elimination discovered what the noise was: a family of red squirrels. We had 2 skunks take over our back yard. They became a nuisance, getting WAY TOO CLOSE to our doors, both early evening and early morning. I called Animal Control of NE and within 48 hours they had both been dealt with.
