Morgan performed services this past Wednesday August 4th did an excellent job. He spoke with me prior to starting his work and explained everything that he was going to do. He completed his work in a timely manner.

Morgan is our technician and he is extremely professional. He came to treat for mice and general household insects (ants spiders etc). He is very quick but thorough in his service. He listened to what I said and acted accordingly. He also took the time to explain the points of entry and remedy he did to fix them. I chose the mid tier semi yearly service (3 treatments per year and any break though issues) and I thought the price was very reasonable. I will recommend to anyone else that has a pest control need.

I had service with Combat Pest Control 3 years ago, back in 2023. John l, the owner, has assured me that his management of the business has changed since. My experience wasn't great, unfortunately. John seems like a nice guy. At the time I had them they were reluctant to remove yellow jackets. The technician that came out kept telling me he was getting stung. He told me to leave mud wasps on my house alone. The technicians tried to seal up holes where mice were entering by using spray foam but made a mess of the exterior of the house. When I pointed it out they told me I could clean it up once the foam dried. I hope John has since improved the management of the business, my experience in 2023 wasn't great and has left me with issues to now fix. Reply: The bees I raised an issue on were yellow jackets, separate from any honey bees on the property. I hope the service has improved, but three years ago it wasn't great.

Combat Pest Control was easy to work with. They were quick to set up an appointment and Chad was very helpful explaining the issue we had, how he was going to handle it, and gave some helpful follow-up suggestions.

When replacing windows my contractor came across what he thought was termite damage. I called Combat. John was at my house in 15 minutes. He took one look at, determined it was just dry rot, explained how termite damage would look different, explained the signs to look for, told me I was all set, no charge for the stop. It’s good to know there are honest people/companies out there. If he had said, “ I have to start now and it will cost this, I would have said, go ahead. I have already told multiple people, if they ever have a problem call Combat Pest Control

This was my first experience with Combat and it was great. Judy was amazing and deserves 10 stars! She was knowledgeable and took her time to inspect the entire house, top to bottom, inside and out. She provided treatment and a plan and even tips and tricks to keep other critters at bay. Though I don’t want to have Combat back, I would absolutely call and ask for Judy if I had more unwanted pests in my house.

Been with them for years. Always listen to my concerns and take care of things for me. When I have any problems between my schedules appointments they come out and take care of it. They are always there for me.
