We had a tree removed from the front yard and Anthony and Matt did a fantastic job. It was great talking to Anthony and everything was left even cleaner than when they got here. I would absolutely recommend them for your tree needs and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Anthony as part of the crew.

Hired to cut back tree limbs along side of yard to 20-25’ up that were overhanging in yard and also remove several limbs from a large Maple in front yard overhanging electrical wires and house. There was a crew of four. They worked extremely hard all day and did a fantastic job. They checked in with me throughout the day to be sure they were removing everything that I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about Chris Glynn and his crew. Outstanding work and left the yard immaculate when finished.

Not a reliable company. We scheduled a consultation and were given a four-hour window for their arrival, but they never notified us before showing up. We had to step out briefly for an emergency at our daughter’s school—only 10 minutes away—and they arrived right at that time. When we told them we’d be back in 10 minutes, they said they didn’t want to wait and were “talking to other clients,” adding that they’d swing by later if they could. Their tone was rude and dismissive. Of course, no one ever came back or followed up to reschedule. Such a terrible customer service.

We were recommended SaveATree by a friend. We had two trees that needed to be accessed. One tree was beyond help and would need to be removed, the other tree just needed to be trimmed. All possible trimmings were removed and the yard was left clean, except for a small section of stump which will be removed shortly. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends for any tree service they might need.

Excellent work

The Arborist did a great job diagnosing the problem and creating a treatment plan (Magnolia scale). The guys who cut back some of the tree did a great job. They were even nice enough to remove some insane briars that had woven around the tree that there was no good way for me to remove on my own. Tree work is expensive, but I feel the price is fair for the amount of treatment that is in the plan.

Matt did a superb job fertilizing all of the trees on our property. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and diligent!

Chris gives advance notice of when the work will be done, and Bob and the team arrived right on time and did a thorough clean-up after the work was completed. Most importantly, our trees look great. We are so pleased with the work performed by SavATree. Our initial consultation for pruning was scheduled quickly and we were thrilled it was with Chris Glynn, who had removed trees for us in the past. The crew was able to accommodate our project within two weeks and we are very happy with the results. Taylor in the office is very pleasant.

Chris Glynn and his team are fantastic! We got an appointment and evaluation the day after we called. The work was scheduled and done within a week and the yard left spotless at a very fair price! Strongly recommend!

I called and ordered SEASONED fire wood, was told it would be delivered between 8-10 am, showed up at 11:25 not a big deal but, I had things to do. I Stacked half the wood in my dry dehumidified basement. Two weeks later I went to use the wood in my fire place and was very smokey, would not burn and water steamed out the end. I called Glynn Tree explained to the women my situation and she said "check your slip, you must have ordered GREEN wood" I explained I never got a slip I absolutely ordered SEASONED wood. Chris got on the phone and said he gave me the same wood he uses, there is nothing wrong with it, I must not know what I am doing. I nicely asked him to come over and show me how to do it. He hung up the phone. See attached photo J

Neighbors hired Glynn to take trees down that are growing in our yard and they left a complete mess in my yard and haven't returned to finish cutting trees down or clean up their mess. The branches ended up blocking our walk way to get to our house. Its just a complete disaster and has been for a week.

1 cord of "fully seasoned" wood delivered. Pros - prompt delivery, great customer service, fair price (if I got what I paid for). Cons - wood is far from seasoned, very heavy, very wet, dark colored and dirty. Most pieces are irregularly sized - many are far to large to burn requiring me to split them which is a pain. I will be adding an additional chimney cleaning this year.

Not professional at all. I came home from work to find they parked one of their big trucks in my driveway after I had left. There is sawdust, dirt and huge white scratch marks all over my driveway. I wasn’t even the one who hired them!! I was told my dog was barking like crazy. You can’t do that Glynn, it’s my property and you did not have my permission to park there, make a mess or stress out my dog.

Firewood review: If you plan on having a fire, this wood is NOT for you. Soaking wet, won't burn at all. Wish I googled this supplier first since I've seen a few negative reviews for firewood. Got ripped off good. Thanks :-/

Worst firewood I have ever experienced! Ordered a cord of supposedly seasoned firewood. Have been burning in my wood stove for years and this wood just chars. Wood is extremely wet and NOT seasoned. He lies about the wood and sells crappy firewood - do not buy firewood from him! Recently moved to town and figured I would support local business but wrong move for us...Just bad business practice.

We hired Glynn Tree Experts to remove a dead tree. They asked us to verify where our septic tank was, which we did. Rather than take note of the location we told them, they spotted the pipe to our neighbors septic tank (which borders our property), assumed it was ours, and proceeded to drive over our septic tank causing $1500 in damage. They have insurance but did not want to submit a claim so they accused us of not telling them the correct location and offered to only cover half of the cost of the repair. We felt going to court would result in our word against theirs (and cost at least a couple hundred bucks w/no guarantee they would end up paying) so we had no choice but to take the deal. They said there was no way they could reach the tree given the location of the septic tank, but funny how the next company we hired had no problem reaching it. In summary: out $750. No tree service provided. Lots of aggravation.
