Good service! I have a renewable annual contract and I plan to keep renewing it. The rodent problems were dealt with some years ago, I have not had that problem since Graduate Pest Control took care of it. They are very responsive. A few dats after a routine inspection, I discovered termite and squirrel problem in the back of the garage. They came back promptly and addressed the issue.

First of all I feel frustrated with the employee who speaks Spanish, the man with the long hair came to my apartment to give me the treatment and on October 14th I had an appointment with the doctor at the same time he arrived and since I couldn't attend I asked for another appointment and he went to the office of my apartment and told them that I refused to do the work and that was not what I told him that day and because of his talk they canceled my apartment contract

I needed a wasp nest removed and I called Graduate Pest Solutions and their staff was very accommodating with having one of their technicians come the very next day to remove! I recommend anyone in need of pest control to call them. Customer service was excellent! Pam

During the post treatment period I'm experiencing the appearance of black ants some are dead in my 2nd floor bathroom. Is this normal?

Great, on time, just wish they did more then just leaving mouse traps around my house, it may solve the problem for the moment but they didn't really do anything for long term.
