The man who came out kept touching & adjusting his mask on the front. He took it off INSIDE the house. I told him TWICE to put it back on because I have asthma. When he went upstairs to one of the bedrooms he took it off according to the tenant. When he called me that same night to give me the estimate, I told him I would not be giving him the job because of that. He did humbly apologize. I said that I accepted his apology & said goodbye. Then I hung up the phone. If anyone needs an exterminator call up Minuteman. They respect mask wearing & wear gloves when they come out to do work.
