I would highly recommend Henry and Pestex. We had a ceiling leak and discovered a nest in our attic. Henry was quick to find the hole where a squirrel was getting in our attic and very clearly described the step by step process for removal/repair. He was able to find the answer to our leak quickly, whereas 3 other professionals weren’t able to identify where the leak was coming from. Would highly recommend him/pestex!

We have never had this issue to use a company in the past, but when connecting with Pestex they have been very helpful from the beginning. Once lederrick was assigned to work at our home, he ensured that he will catch them and he sure did. We were able to provide updates to him via phone and he was very responsive, professional and committed to his work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bad Customer Service the lady who answered the phone could not even take the time to Listen to me she basically said OMG before I could ask her to confirm my appointment and email address. The first time I called to set up the appointment they transferred me twice I set up the appointment I specifically asked how much would that diagnosis cost and was told nothing Needless to say the Technician never showed up to diagnose the problem the reason was because there was NO credit card on file but they told me it would be zero dollars. You would think I’d they needed a credit card they would pick up the phone and call me nope they sent an email to the wrong email address. Will take my business elsewhere

Three times since the end of May, this company came to my Apt without any suitable material to investigate an infestation that for everything I read about it, is very possible that it is pigeon lice or worse, mice bugs since in the Condominium where I live has too much and they are the ones who take care of this part too. My Apt, is the most clean of all condominium, is now with infestation and what amazed me is that they arrive here without any suitable material to see an almost microscopic plague. I lend a high magnifying glass to Mr. Douglas and he insists that is nothing here. Okay, so my doctors are crazy, because they have already seen it on my body many times. My house cleaning lady is crazy, because she is tired of seeing. Yesterday, talking to some neighbors from different floors, they reported the same problem. Mr Douglas, are we all insane and only you are normal, or your company is too incompetent?Now we decide report the problem to the state health authorities, Mr. Douglas. And you will have to tell everyone that live here, on the condominium that they are crazy. Guys, stay away from this Pestex that is really the biggest plague you can have at home.

Unprofessional company, will just come when they please and give no notice, they don't give us call backs to messages, been dealing with our bug issue for going on two months and still have them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY!!

Even after 3 treatments spread over a period of 4-5 weeks, the bed bug problem in my apartment hasn't abated even slightly. The price of each treatment was exorbitantly high, but proved to be a complete waste of my money.
