I reached out about a possible raccoon under our home. They responded and asked for details about our location and access point. After I provided that information, there was no further response. I understand being busy, but closing the loop with a quick yes/no would have been helpful.
The guy/owner (Doug I think) that came to our house for bat control was rude and laughed at us for being afraid. The company claims to be open 24/7 for emergencies but the owner said after an hour or so that he has a big day and that he needs to go to bed. He also arrived to our house with no equipment other than a head lamp and poker which he only walked around our house once and had to be ASKED to check one more time. Charged us $500 for it being at night (meanwhile it was realistically…
Doug is super friendly and prompt with his services. I had an issue with birds stuck in the bathroom vent and was researching for service to remove them without harming them. Doug is very easy to work with affordable pricing compared to other cooperate locations. It happened on a weekend and Doug was still able to come out to help me out. I highly recommend Doug for any animal control services to be handled appropriately and humanely.
