After doing extensive research, we decided to go with Guardian Pest Control to address a rodent issue on our property. I’m happy to say we made the right choice. Our technician was fantastic—he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Elton was reassuring, professional, and confident that our rodent problem would be resolved. Anna was helpful and knowledgeable about all pest you treat for and how to take preventable measures. I had evidence of mice in my basement. I contacted Guardian to do an inspection. Sam (Samantha) was wonderful. She went through every room looking for evidence. After inspecting the small windows, it looked like that was where they were coming in. She explained everything in detail … what she was going to do and where she was going to put traps. Also inspected the outside and plugged up some holes and spaces. I highly recommend Sam, who is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and patient! Tim has done two more inspections of my home. He is very thorough and precise. He did an excellent job on the exterior of my house plugging up more holes. And he explained and showed me where the mice were getting in. He is also making a follow up appointment. I recommend Tim to do your job. Thank you TIM!!!

I called at 8:30 am and had a great experience from the sales dept. They had a technician at my home at 11am Kyle was knowledgeable and friendly he answered all our questions . I would highly recommend them and share that they are professional and easy to do business with .

Highly recommend Guardian Pest Control! Our technician is always friendly, professional, and really helpful. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything is taken care of. One of the things I appreciate most is how kind he is with our dogs—he always stops to give them a little love when he comes by, which says a lot about the kind of people they hire. We had such a wonderful experience with the exterminator who came to our home today. His name was Elton, and he was truly one of the kindest, most genuine service professionals I’ve ever met. From the moment he arrived, he was patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. What really stood out to me was how reassuring he was!! He genuinely cared about helping us and kept telling us he would do everything he could to solve the problem. Situations like this can be stressful, especially for myself, who is a very anxious human. But his calm, kind attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference. It’s rare these days to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work while also being so compassionate toward the people they’re helping. . We’re so grateful for his help and the peace of mind he gave us. If you’re lucky enough to have Elton come to your home, you’ll be in great hands. Elton is my technician. He is an excellent company representative. He pays attention to details, is very knowledgeable and remedies individual issues immediately. I feel secure know my house us safe from rodents after he has inspected.

Guardian has been our choice for about 3 years. Every tech who has been here have been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very willing to educate us. This last checkup, Anna was the tech. My goodness, she is amazing! She knows so much about animals and insects!! She explained everything so well. I really appreciated that she didn't scoff because I have a real problem with potentially cruel methods. I don't want pests, but I don''t want to cause suffering. She made me feel confident in our choices. She was efficient, kind and very professional. I just love this company! Oh, did I mention that out of 4 companies we tried, they are the only ones who found the source of our ant problem and solved it???

David is very helpful! He comes every 2 weeks and since then we have not have any pest issues. He is great and I think he deserves a raise. He’s your best employee that we had so far that comes here!

Suzanne was very nice and helpful in scheduling someone to come out within one day of my call to investigate fairly aggressive noises in an inside chase wall of my house. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. But he began the investigation by talking about a recurring service and maintenance program before looking around to analyze the problem. In the attic, he spotted evidence left behind by mice, but he brought no equipment such as a scope or camera to lower into an easily accessible chase in order to determine what sort of creature was down there. I was most troubled, however, by seeing him stand with his full weight on the furring strips that are beneath and between the structural trusses, instead of supporting himself on the trusses themselves. I do not try to tell professionals their business, but visions of his foot punching through my bathroom ceiling forced me to ask him politely to stand on the trusses. I’m not sure if he understood, because he continued standing on the furring strips. Luckily, they held. After that, Mike answered all my questions and approved of my previous and ongoing efforts to deal with mice, including fresh baited snap traps, poison blocks, live traps, peppermint oil spray, moth balls, and steel wool to plug likely entry points. But nothing of effective substance had been done to find out exactly what had been living inside my wall, making noises that I had described as considerably louder than a mouse. Being polite, quick, and knowledgeable is wonderful, and these folks have lots of great reviews. But good manners goes only so far. I didn’t get an answer to my question, and I’m out sixty-nine bucks for the call. 1-5-26 Edit: In fairness to this company, they reached out in good faith to discuss the issues that were described in my review. While I am choosing not to use their services, we were able to close the matter in a professional way with no hard feelings. Adding one more star.

We don't believe a client should have to pay for services they were dissatisfied with, so we're glad you gave us the opportunity to make things right with you!
I have a problem with mice, the technician (Tyler) was very polite and knowledgeable. I definitely will be using them again in the future !!!

I had a fantastic experience with Guardian! From the very beginning, Olivia made scheduling so easy—she was professional, friendly, and really took the time to work around my availability. When it came time for the service, Brett was the technician who came out, and he was excellent. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was thorough in treating the problem. I really appreciated his knowledge and how respectful he was of my home. Between Olivia’s great customer service and Brett’s expertise, the whole process was stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Didn't stop the mice. I canceled but they haven't picked up their traps.

Hi Jen,After speaking with you yesterday, we are even more confused as to why you would post such an unfair review. We provided you with a quarterly exterior rodent reduction service. This includes safely applying rodenticide in locked, secured containers, and treating your mobile home with an all-natural rodent repellent. In areas with a high rodent population, we recommend a more frequent and targeted service. In your case not only did you have a high rodent population, but your mobile home was completely open underneath and conducive to rodent activity. You also denied our technicians access beneath your mobile home. Nevertheless, our records indicate that you reported no interior mouse activity on our last three quarterly visits. And at no time did you express dissatisfaction with our service. We stand behind our work and warranty. Throughout your time of service and at our last conversation, we expressed our willingness to address your concerns with additional complimentary services or if necessary, a full refund, including removal of our equipment from your property. But you didn’t give us the opportunity to make this right. We deserved better.
