Eli was awesome! He arrived right on schedule and made short work of a baldfaced hornets' nest that had been preventing us from being able to mow our front yard. He gave us plenty of information as to what we should expect since the nest was removed and also noticed signs of carpenter ants. His kind personality made for a great experience; would highly recommend.

They told my friend basically how to live in his apartment. They told him to get rid of his extra never used coffee pots. They cause roaches, get rid of your cat and litter box also causes roaches. Don't smoke inside your apartment it also causes roaches. We live in Chicopee Housing so we are stuck with this company. Don't use them the workers are not professional at all.

This is the 3rd time i had to type this. Lots of content lost. I cant see what im typing either. This past week: RIP PC faxed a mandatory prep letter to my landlord to give us. It stated for us to put everything we have from our cabinets, drawers, counter tops, closets into the middle of each room and place a tarp over it. Years ago with RIP PC: I did this because some years ago this company came and sprayed sand all over my aprtment it was a nightmare. Back then i was new here and saw a roach so they called RIP PC. I didnt know they were gonna spary sand or mandate all this hard work. When they came all the neighbors were exiting their apartments as was i and one angry lady said "who called and this eager exterminator pointed to me and said it was her!" I was 👉😱humiliated and scared i was new here to housing and the only white lady. Back to this past week: So the pest guy arrives as i see him in, i say "i followed the directions as you see." He said , "oh btw you can just ignore that prep letter!" Im disabled AND I have 2 inspections one later that day fire inspection and one the next day landlord yearly inspection! What i want to know is why? That's extra work faxing a huge list of to do's for a bait trap. Why did you FAX a Prep letter for a bait trap? Please help shed light, thanks wendy.

I really wish I knew that the $75 “inspection” included someone coming out, wandering around my house once and giving me a run down of all the things that could be done. Something that could have been done virtually or over the phone. Next company I go with I’ll just have them come out skip the “consultation” it just seems like a scheme to con you into going with them. The plus side is the guy was nice.
