I got my Tacoma under coated by this guy earlier this year and now come to find out he DID NOT remove any rust before he undercoated my truck after I washed the coating off, mind you I have moved to California so there should be no new rust. A lazy and poor executed job for $1000! I will try to add picture later but Please avoid.

Dropped off my 4runner for rust remediation and undercoating. Unfortunately, I was a bit too late and the frame had already begun to rot in some areas which was out of the scope of rust remediation. New England Rust Defenders exhibited excellent integrity by quickly notifying me of the damage and refusing payment. Steve also provided me with very good pictures of the damage, so that I can pivot towards frame repair. While it wasn't great news, I really appreciate Steve's honesty, communication, and assistance towards finding the right solution.
