I was recently serviced by Page Exterminating, my tech was Mike! He is very professional and very attentive and dedicated to solving the pest issues. He shows up in a clean work uniform and communicates with me on how to come out pest free in the end. I highly recommend this company and especially Rich. He helped my elderly mother with her rat problem. He was extremely polite and professional and took care of business. I can’t thank him enough for how well he treated my mother who suffers from dementia.

Where do I even start. Mike Eriskson was my exterminator. Let me tell you something, I have never ever sealed with such a professional handsome outstanding young man. Mike took care of my cockroaches like it was just another day for him I haven’t seen a cockroach sense the last day he left. Mike and page are the best!

Page Exterminators sent Mike to my son's condo in Lynn. Appointment was at 12 and he was there at 12 with all supplies necessary. He kindly and professionally spoke to us regarding the problem areas and immediately went to work with a smile. Phenomenal interpersonal and customer service skills. He cleaned up after himself and told to contact the office regarding any future problems. I would recommend Page to everyone who wants quality and professionalism. Superior service. Also I was created very professionally when I called the office. Girls were polite and informative and again with great customer service skills. Overall great experience! The owner Ralph is a great business man and very classy. Mike told me he loved working for Ralph because he is a great boss! So nice to hear!

Page Exterminating is an awesome pest control company. The technician, Brian is a very professional guy. He doesn't just only come in and work, but he explains where the mice are coming from and he helps you come up with a plan to kill them. Since using Page Exterminating for about a month now, we have seen a reduction in our mice infestation problem. Brian follow up visit today was thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure our mice infestation problem is eradicated.

Page is the most effective company in the market. Fast, efficient, friendly. Our tech, Brian, arrived early and was very thorough. He was very friendly and clearly explained everything from preventative to treatment options. He made it personalized to our living situation. Best of all, his treatments were non toxic, didn't have to clear out the cabinets, safe around pets, and worked like a charm. He also offered his services if ever he was needed to come back. It was the best decision we made!

Did not show up for appointment two times.

When I hired the rat extermination service, I was told a technician would provide the service on a monthly basis. However, yesterday I was charged for the first service after installation and did not receive any phone call from the technician, to notify they were going to be on site. So I called customer service this morning to ask when they were coming. The lady I talked to was unprofessional and rude, with a busy tone that suggested I should not be calling because the service was provided, although I was not notified as per their agreement. Be respectful. I would not have called should the inspector have let me know they were stopping by to provide service on MLK's day (a holiday). I was at home all day, no one rang the bell or knocked the door. You are not allowed to be on someone's property, unannounced, just because they hired you to provide a service.

They were prompt and professional! The ants did not like em at all! Thanks for your work! They got rid of the fleas and I didn’t have to throw out my carpet. Great price for the quality; I will definitely call you again.

I called to speak with someone about the the traps placed in my yard. On PRIVATE Property. The girl answering the phone was 8mmediayely rude and put off by my asking her about traps. Placed in my yard by my town. I mentioned that I wasn, t being hostile and just wondering if they at least knew about placing their traps with their name onto my private property. She just kept saying abrubtly speak to the town speak to the tow. They are very unprofessional
