Been a customer for 3/4 years now. Really pleased with our service, the notices,reports after. Individuals are friendly and punctual. So my reason for 4 not 5 stars is. My last 2 treatments didn't take. For whatever reason we had mosquitoes within 4/5 days. Usually 100 percent clear for 20 days(amazing I know). I had a family of 5 raccoons in my attic that was inaccessible. I called Les at Affordable Wildlife Solutions and he was at my house the same day. Les provided me with updates every day as to what he was doing, when he would be there, and what the plans were. He showed up every time promptly until all of the raccoons were safely removed from my attic. I hope to never have to deal with that issue again, but if I do, he would be the only company I would call to get it done. Well done!

Every single tech that came out to my home this year was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered any questions I had. Just overall nice friendly interactions. Thank goodness for Les!! I live in the woods and have difficulty with all kinds of pests including squirrels, woodpeckers, and other birds. Les was available right away to come over and conduct an inspection and determined the problems immediately. Les is amazing! I certainly recommend his company for your animal control issues. We had a family of raccoons living in our chimney. He came out the same day that we called and handled the situation extremely professionally.
