Jason Dow came to our house this morning and provided expert pest control advice and service. After discussing our options with him, Jason applied gel bait inside our home and spray pesticide around the perimeter of our foundation outside our home. I am very pleased with the service Jason provided on behalf of Bug Bully today!

Joe provided great service at our home. He thoroughly inspected and sealed areas of entry in the living space, set traps, and carried away the traps that had already been used. He was friendly, knowledgeable, snd professional. Highly recommended.

They were quick to schedule an initial assessment, and I didn’t feel pressured to immediately say yes to the actual work which I appreciate. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer my questions when he was there for mice.

Austin was extremely nice and explained everything. He patched a few small holes where he thought mice would get in as well as putting traps around to catch the rat we saw. Reported that there was no evidence of rats in the house. Hooray!

CJ was great!! He identified and fixed two new places mice have been getting in after previous work. He was friendly, helpful, efficient, and very good with my dog while he was here. I always have good experiences with Bug Bully.

I can’t recommend Bug Bully enough! They do a thorough job and are always prompt/ professional. Joe recently conducted a fall service at my house. A few weeks later, he came out for a follow up to make sure the treatment plan worked, and he reapplied as needed. Great customer service and nice work Joe!

CJ listened to us as a potential customer and engaged in a discussion about possible solutions, even pulling out the ladder to inspect possible problem areas. I appreciate his willingness to assist us with our pest problems.

I got a free inspection from Jason of bug bully Pest control at my house and it was such a detailed inspection. He checked the inside of the house and the exterior and told me about the concerns and solutions which I really got relieved . I got the wasp nest removed in no time thanks to Jason and his team! He was amazing.

Mike came right out and gave an overview of their services and then Joe did a great job of taking care of the challenges we were having. He was super responsive and listened to our concerns.
