Great job, on time and very professional

Can’t say enough good things about J W and his team! We use them in the summer for mosquitoes and bee extermination. And during the winter time we use them for mice extermination. Before we found them, we were using Terminix and noticed no decrease in mosquitoes in our outdoor area. Urbanex has been an absolute game changer. They provide excellent service from start to finish. They are punctual, professional, and clearly explained the treatment- highly recommend!

The technician is always courteous and his performance, is professionally done.

JW and the Urbanex team are amazing. They come out when scheduled and if there are any problems, they will come back out outside of normal scheduled maintenance, which is a great piece of mind to have. Urbanex, treated our home for ants during the summer and within days, they were gone and haven't returned. We have since set up a regular scheduled treatment plan, which has been great.

Anytime we’ve had a question or needed something extra, their team has been really friendly and easy to work with. Thanks to them, we haven’t had to worry about pests at all. Definitely recommend Urbanex if you’re looking for great pest control!

Jonell was excellent. He always checks to see what else is going on and takes care of it immediately. Our property is weird and he takes the time to make sure he gets to everything. I can't recommend Urbanex and Jonell enough.

We've had a few people come service us, and all have been amazing. But Jonell's service is always exceptional, above and beyond, and highly enlightening. While the other technicians never disappoint, we always know that when Jonell is coming, we're going to get the best.

This is a HORRIBLY run company that is unprepared to service their customers and uses their customers tools to perform the tasks. Stay away. We called them trying to get a wasps nest removed on our roofline and carpenter bees removed from our siding. They said we'll "squeeze you in on Saturday this week. No mention of when they would arrive so we sat around all day waiting with no way of contacting them. They finally called at 530pm and arrived at 545pm. With no ladder. I had to loan them my ladder to perform the tasks they were supposed to do. They were here for 15 minutes using my tools and attempted to charge me full price $350 for the service. When I fought them on it their Director of Sales JW HARDY gave me $50 credit which is laughable. In the meantime he sent me the recording of the initial call thinking we never mentioned the location of the nest. I had to point out exactly where in the call the location was mentioned because he didn't listen carefully enough. I pushed back further and it took them 3 weeks to respond to my email. In which time both nests came back and we had to pay our original pest control company to come do the job. After 3 weeks we incurred a late fee and I reached back out. Finally JEFFREY SCIFRES had the nerve to waive my late fee as if he was doing us a favor and discounting our services. Completely forgetting the fact that the late fee was incurred because they didn't answer their own email.

Be cautious with Urbanix. Everything was smooth when signing up but became difficult when I had a problem. We just had our windows professionally cleaned and asked Urbanix to not spray or treat windows. As you can see that didn’t happen. After calling for resolution I received no apology and no resolution. Get this, the local branch manager who manages resolutions was the service provider who failed to keep my windows clean. Nothing like the fox watching the hen house. So after 2+ years I have to cancel through the same branch manager. Get it together Urbanix!

We have been using urbanex for a while now-maybe two years. While things started out okay and the personnel were nice, they have not followed through on our main concern-mice. We have been around and around, almost canceled service and was talked back into another chance to make it right, having a manager come out to personally look at everything etc. I was initially shocked to see the near perfect review but then remembered after a manager coming out and making lots of promises, asked me to go on and give 5 stars. Luckily I did not as the problem was not resolved. And nothing has been changed in our services. They keep refilling bait in traps as they have been doing from day one. Because this company doesn’t actually close any access points into the home, the mice can keep getting in and I’ve realized this essentially ensures to continue giving them business to supply the bait to kill the mice that keep coming in. After calling other pest companies I know see they will try to seal the access points to avoid any entry to the home. I have been trying to call to cancel service for THREE days and have yet to receive a call back. Overall I can’t say that I have seen significant results. While the traps they set have likely killed many mice, we still have droppings in the same high traffic areas in our home. I would not recommend them.

Jonell was extremely professional and personable. He answered all my questions and concerns! Was amazed it took less than 10 minutes.

Update: After more than a year with this same company I can say that their products don't work. I'm paying for both the pest control and mosquito treatment. The mosquito treatment doesn't work at all to control them. I have the same amount of mosquitoes with or without their treatment. As for their other treatments, I still have ants and other pests on my front and back patio. I also see ants and other pests inside the home even though they say the treatment will help eliminate pests inside. I've talked to the person who does the treatment and he says that the formula they use isn't at all that strong and not waterproof so once it rains the treatment is useless. Ryan did a great job at explaining everything that needed to be done, what to expect, and what to look out for. He then proceeded to do coverage all over my property and home.

I have serious concerns about the effectiveness and validity of this service. The contract is restrictive and doesn’t allow for an easy cancellation once the issue is solved. The company creates hoops you have to jump through to cancel service almost forcing you to stay signed up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone because of the shady practices both at sign up and upon cancellation…
