These guys are the best! The product really works, we see deer on our property several times a week but since starting the Oh Deer treatment we have had very little browsing damage. Moreover the team is super responsive, always ready to add a service if we add new plants or like this week, took off the protective burlap coverings

Just started with ohDeer. Tech Zack has been here twice. He has been great - knowledgable and helpful. The deer are well established in our yard, damaging all our planting. I am very happy to have Zach addressing the problem.

Living on the edge of the woods we are prone to have ticks and mosquitoes. Since we hired ohdeer, we have seen none. The family dog especially loves it. Thx oh Deer

Overall a good service. Different laborers put in different effort so with having a dog business spraying for mosquitoes to prevent heartworm and spraying for ticks to prevent Lyme the guys that go the extra mile are needed. The service makes the space far more liveable and we feel it a safer environment for our pets.

I only witnessed part of the tech performance, By time I realized the tech was on my property he was just about finishing up. I did observe him spraying the tree line and behind the shed.

Overall I have fewer mosquitoes, although at times we still cannot be outside. Technicians that service my yard vary and time spent servicing property varies as well, which I find strange.

Hi Tanya, Thank you for your review! Our goal is control so i am glad we have reduced the amount of mosquitos on your property! Technician service times will vary due to some techs having a faster walking pace than others as well as things like experience.Two of the techs that have serviced you this year have been with us for multiple years so they know the best way to service a property in the most efficient way.
Product didn’t work after 5 sprays, when we canceled no reach out. Initial customer service was good, but after, nonexistent. Cannot recommend.

I have reviewed your account with my team and it looks like they left you a voicemail the day you canceled and we did not hear back. I can see that you did sign up late in the season and had 3 applications with us and one respray. When we start a property late in the season we are working against a larger population of ticks and mosquito that we have to get under control and that does take time which is what you were seeing. Again that you for leaving your review we appreciate the feedback.

There seem to be a bit of a miscommunication for this service today. I was told the tech would arrive at approximately 1230 and she did not arrive till about 230 and then, for some reason had to go back to her previous customer for something, so then another tech had to come to complete the job; definitely not one of the better experiences this time

Review updated… We had issues with the company, but the woman who caused them is no longer with the company and we have been promised better customer support moving forward. Run away. Far away… This company is a nightmare if you have any sort of issue. I constantly have to ask them to re-spray after we are out in the yard for just a few minutes and pick up ticks. This has been going on for 2 seasons. Most recently I asked for a re-spray and was advised that I need to upgrade my services- paying an additional $30 per month. Why would I want to pay more for something that has never worked? It’s the company’s responsibility to fix the problem, not the customer’s. We were given a price based on our location and the size of our property. These things have not changed. Asking for more money now is absurd. Needless to say, after way too long, we have ended our services. Our neighbor used another company that charges less than OhDeer and is more effective. We will be giving them a call for our next spray.

Hi Jessica, Thank you for your past years of business. I am sorry there was a tick issue this year. our services are Control not elimination. Our goal is for you to Enjoy More Time Outside. My goal as the owner is to never have someone walk away with a poor experience. When ticks are a significant issue, FREE resprays are completed. 100% a respray should have been done with out a charge for granular which you mention. I apologize our business relationship has ended based on a respray request.
Don't set an appointment up for the Month of October, or November they completely skipped over Halloween and Thanksgiving and already have Christmas lights up. Disappointing.

Very good service, and the product works. When we've had issues with breakthrough mosquitos or have found ticks on the property, they have responded. The cost is much higher, but I feel so much more comfortable with a natural product where my family plays and lives as opposed to cheaper harmful chemicals. Thanks, OhDEER!
