Incredibly rude on the phone and won't go anywhere in Boston because of "the parking." Told me I had called before and hung up immediately even though it was my first time reaching out so obviously this is a common issue. Do not waste your time calling.

Jim was amazing! We had a hornets nest and he walked us through every step of him getting rid of it. Was super friendly and let us know he’ll be back if we need him!

Raymond Marrero was not only on time, but early. He was professional and personable. He educated us on the pests we were dealing with and both eradicated the issue as well as told us what to look for and how to avoid them in the future. I would recommend Raymond and Security Pest Elimination and we would certainly request Raymond again

Update (5/27/25): Bats came back and they lost their bat guy and were unable to honor the 3 year warranty. They did the right thing and refunded the original payment from the year before. Original: We had a minor bat issue (1 or 2) in our attic and had a number of pest control companies take a look. SPC was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection and they didn’t charge for it. They were clear on the options and costs, even recommending a few things I could do on my own. They were much cheaper than the others, but it wasn’t because they’re underpriced (they may or may not be), it’s because they took the time to diagnose the problem and potential entry points and quoted just the work that needed to be done. They also followed through exactly as planned, within a reasonable time frame, and while I was skeptical, we are in fact bat free! The only slight negative I can give is that their office staff could be a little better with communicating and scheduling.

Excellent and professional customer service both in booking and while treating my apartment. They were here to treat for house centipedes and so far we haven't seen any! The 6 month warranty gives me so much peace of mind that we'll get to enjoy a big bug free summer! Thanks for all your help!

Security pest is awesome. It is always easy to schedule a visit, they are incredibly responsive, and Jim is a pleasure to work with. Most recent situation was a wasp nest in the backyard, which we discovered on a weekend, the security pest team came out, even though they weren’t closed, because we were having a family gathering later in the day. They really do go above and beyond.

I've used this company multiple times in the past 5 years for hornet and yellowjacket removal. They're excellent. Jim came by today and he took care of our most recent yellowjacket nest quickly. I highly recommend them!

Very quick response from Security Pest Control to kill off a Yellow Jacket nest that had been built in our back yard. A few hours after they had filled the nest with insecticide there were no more wasps! Hopefully they don't come back too!
