Safer Nature Pest Control

Safer Nature was hired to perform a bat exclusion at my home in early 2023. Throughout the process, we continued to hear bats in our attic. There has continued to be bat droppings found as well. The exclusion was "completed" (note: it wasn't) in the Fall of 2023, but we continued to hear noises in the attic. Safer Nature continued to say there is no evidence of bats, which is false. We can hear them moving, chirping, and are still finding bat droppings. The job was never actually completed and Safer Nature says our 1-year warranty is up. How can the warranty period be over if the bats were never actually excluded from our home - not to mention that they didn't "finish" the exclusion until the Fall? How can a warranty period start before work is complete? I do not like to post negatively about local businesses, but bat exclusion is very expensive - Safer Nature never finished the job and refuses to back up their work. I now have to find someone else to do the job correctly, which will cost another significant amount of money Cannot recommend working with this business. Edit to review: there are still bats INSIDE our house, contrary to what has been posted below by Safer Nature. I have someone else coming to handle the problem as this business was incapable of doing so. Edit 2: I wanted to add that my bat problem was resolved by another company, who essentially said this job was not completed correctly and that a number of entry points were missed by Safer Nature. This was resolved within a few months of posting my original review. I would also like to add that during this, when my review lowered the overall rating, friends and family of this company started leaving positive reviews (funny that when they were looked up, they were all friends on Facebook 🤔). Good luck if you pick these guys!

Great service that eliminated the problem.

After sustaining extensive damage to a vehicle, snowblower and a Traeger grill, due to rodents in the garage, we reached out to Ryan on a Monday afternoon after a cancelled appointment from another company. He arrived within an hour of our call, did a comprehensive assessment of our property and started treatment immediately. We agreed upon biweekly service and saw results of the treatments with 2 treatments. We can now park in the garage again, grill and have been able to use the snowblower this Winter. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with the services from Safer Nature Pest Control. I could not be happier! Literally life changing!! We are renters and have had a very persistent squirrel problem for years. It is an old Victorian house so every time our landlord would patch a hole, they would find a new way in within weeks. Ryan and his team worked so hard to clean our attic space and set up metal around the perimeter of the roof. Ryan came to my moms house to get rid of a rat problem in the basement. He was respectful and thorough in everything he did. The problem is now completely gone and he showed us exactly where they were getting in so we could block all entrances and be sure they will not be back!

We've used Safer Nature on two occasions - once for a short term problem with insects and another for rodent control over several months. They are responsive, show up on time, friendly and transparent. They were communicative and very knowledgeable. You don't want to have to use a service like this...but when you do, it's wonderful to know the Company is well run and easy to work with.

Would recommend Safer Nature to anyone who needs pest control. They do our mosquito/tick treatment, as well as rodent and house insect treatments. Super knowledgeable and personable group who will come out immediately if you have any problem.

Couldn't be happier- flexible scheduling and great results!

I have used Safer Nature Pest Control for several years now, and have been very pleased with them. They are always conscientious and text me before they come. We usually have them spray for ticks and mosquitoes, and have never found a tick on ourselves or our dog. Others times we’ve had them come for mice in the cellar and Carpenter Bees - which they took care of the problem immediately - after all of our home remedies failed! Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Super cooperative to work with. Our house is in the woods, so critters and unusual situations are a given and they foresee the changing conditions we face, . . . and are reliable.

I started working with Safer Nature 2 years ago to do organic tick application on my yard and haven’t found a single tick. We love the organic application and Ryan and his team are so easy to work with. The schedule runs from early spring- October and they come as scheduled every two weeks. Payment system is easy to use. A great service overall, no work for me as the homeowner, but can feel confident that people and pets are safe in my yard all season.

After a disappointing two years using Mosquito Squad I was looking for a company both knowledgeable about pollinator safety and with effective results. Excellent service and results! Ryan and his team took great care of us. They were all very professional, prompt, responsive and effective. We had just moved into our new home and ended up finding mice droppings and ants in our home. I called safer Nature and spoke to Ryan. He came by that same day at the time he promised. Ryan listened to our many concerns and answered all of our questions. He explained exactly how he and his team would take care of our pest issues and they did exactly that. They solved our problem. I have now had to use Safer Nature 3x... Ryan and his team were recommended to me from my neighbor who has been very happy with them and their services. I had Yellow Jackets nesting under the siding on my house 2 years ago, I had Carpenter Ants last year, and now it was Paper Wasps... Each time I reached out to Ryan, he responded immediately and either he, or his technicians came over and handled the problem very quickly. This morning I reached out, because I discovered a Paper Wasp Nest this weekend, between my gutter and the house, which it turns out, went into the soffit and someone was here in a little over an hour and suited up and took care of the wasps. Ryan and his team are very professional, they take pride in their work and they always over-deliver! They also guarantee their work, which is great, and hard to find these days!
