Griggs and Browne - Eastern Massachussets

Have been long time yearly subscription customers of Griggs and Browne Abington location. Previously a problem with mice common on the South Shore. Since using them it's been great. All the inspectors and staff have been extremely professional, experienced and really care about their customers. We have been dealing with Leif, who is very professional and has always been through and courtious. I have recommended to both family and friends.

Fantastic and will use them again!

I called in a panic at 3am and received a call back at 7am. They came out to my house the next business day and have been so responsive. We just started their services but let’s just say it’s already working. Hoping our mice problem is gone without 3 months. I highly recommend their services!

I called the office to inquire about my contract with them on 3 occasions. Unprofessionalism and rude service, I received. The technician who comes yearly is kind. However, I will not renew my contract with them after 7 years.

They are always thorough and do a great job

I would love to give this company a 5. Sadly they are getting knocked down 2 due to their customer service. I just felt that when I called with a scheduling conflict i got jumped on and was left apologizing to the company instead of vice versa. Maybe she was having an off day. But I couldn’t be happier with the techs and the price!

I called here a few times waffling about using them and the secretary easily made up my mind not to use them, very Rude and disrespectful she made my choice very easy to go with someone else and lose out on business

Scott comes out once a month to spray and check for unwanted critters. Super nice and great overall person. The company is very accommodating with schedules. Def recommend these folks.
