From the first phone call to the follow-up visit, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the issue. Always takes the time to explain what he is doing, sealed off entry points, and made sure everything was safe.

He was fast to respond and did a great job removing the baby skunks from under my shed. He brought them to a local rescue and kept me in the loop of their progress. He was polite and walked me through the process, lots I didn’t know about the trapping laws of Maine. I hope I don’t need to utilize his service again but if I do he will be my first and only call next time!

Found 30+ ticks on our household over the course of a month or two. Gave me my different options for how to handle it and sprayed the property right after. Havent found one tick since and the Jurassic insects dwindled down as well. Great local guy, prioritizes keeping the customer happy over his own self interests. Took my card information and just comes by no hassle once a month. Also willing to do other general property maintenance which we desperately need.

When originally calling Joe, he was quick to come give a quote. Very educational, efficient and reasonable priced. We signed up for the whole home protection and Joe has been right on top of all our home needs catching mice, getting rid of our hornets and ants. 100% recommend!
