Tried to get them to respond. Someone emailed me saying that a technician would be calling me. No one called so I emailed back to her a few weeks later. She said that she was surprised nobody had gotten in touch with me and that she would look into it. 3 weeks go by and nothing happened. All of a sudden about 2 weeks after that a technician shows up unannounced. He measured and gave me a quote on the spot which I accepted. That was over a month ago and I have not heard anything back. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Paid the early bird special in Early April hoping they would be out to do the first treatment in early to mid May...it is May 26 and still no sight of them! I have called twice and each time was told they should be there within a week. Still waiting!

They claim this service is a LIFETIME commitment unless you cancel. THIS IS NOT A YEARLY RENEWAL. BEWARE THEY JUST SHOW UP AND SPRAY AND PRESENT YOU WITH A BILL. THIS IS NEWTON CT. Very unpleasant people in that office un my experience!!!
