A fox died in the crawlspace under the house and we were having trouble finding someone to remove it. Simply Pest Solutions showed up within hours of calling and took care of it quickly. Horrible customer service. Never clear with communication. Our first monthly visit they sent the confirmation to be there at 7am, they showed at 5pm without apologizing or notice. 2nd service they scheduled on Mother’s Day then showed up a week later without clear communication. Also the ants never went away. Found a new company that has excellent service and has fixed our ant problem in a week. Would not recommend simply pest.

Kate,<br><br>We are sorry you experience with us was poor. The schedule on Mother’s Day was thru our automated system which we did explain to you and fixed it right away. When were late for our first appointment we did call and tell your husband which was the number we had and told him and apologized for being late and gave him a updated time when we talked with him. He understood and was ok with it. We did notify you of the next appointment and did show you that and explain that when you told us of your cancellation which now over a month ago. You were actually texted and emailed notification of service. This is also automated and happen 2-3 days before the scheduled service. We did offer you a free service and discounted treatment because of your missing our first appointment time. However I am glad you found a different company and your ants are now gone. The speed at which the ant problem was fixed with the other company could have been because of our first treatment which can take a couple weeks to gain control.
