Big Blue Bug Solutions

We started with Big Blue Bug a year ago this past November. We started with deer mice and and then had a few rats due to an infestation in our neighborhood. I will say from day one it has been the best experience to help get rid of this issue and to keep maintaining the issue. Today Zach came and did his complete service inside and outside. He called my husband to give an ETA of his arrival time which is very helpful where I work from home. He came in and was just so nice, polite and knowledgeable. He checked all areas and was patient with me when asking questions and wanting to know that every trap was empty!! He was really great! We’ve been living in our cottage for the past seven years. Ants, carpenter ants, spiders, mice and more mice. You name it, we’ve had it. We’ve put down traps, sprayed and we’ve tried exterminators. Then we called Big Blue Bug. Mike Cash and his crew takes the time to thoroughly go through our property as well as answer any of our questions. They take their job very seriously. If you need pest remediation services, then you need Blue Bug. Responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, dependable … and they get results. Blue Bug is the only call we will make if we have pest issues, which thanks to Mike and Blue Bug, we no longer have.

Scheduled an inspection for a week out, never got a notification, confirmation, reminder or anything. When I called to confirm I kept getting sent to their answering service who can’t see the schedule. Another company was able to schedule me for the next day. See ya!

Our lake house had mice and wasps, not to mention mosquitoes. The neighborhood assoc uses them for mosquitoes, and I had them come back for mice and wasps. They put boxes with stuff to take care of the mice and refilled them when they came for the wasps. The guy would not spray everywhere because of pollinators, and did not spray near a birds nest on my porch. I was all on board with this, a bug guy with a environmental conscience. He swept up all the wasp debris. He really was the nicest guy. Thank you big blue

After a less than stellar pest control company and then an absolutely horrible experience with their successor, I turned to Big Blue Bug for my Falmouth business. I wish I had found them a long time ago! They were supposed to come out monthly, but at first they were coming every two weeks. When I asked why, they said that there was a lot of "activity" and they just wanted to get it under control---no extra charge! They keep a log book on site for employees to write in and they are extremely prompt and thorough with their reports. Mike has been great to work with as has his technicians!

I cannot recommend big blue bug solutions enough. The quality of service is exceptional and in this day and age, I find this to be rare I have been using them for years for a couple of our homes on peaks Island in Maine. My very first interaction with them was an unexpected one. I was up in Maine by myself let me correct that I was the only human being. I was living in a house with literally thousands of ants. I spent the night unable to sleep because they were all over the ceiling. What can only be assumed by me as divine intervention, As I was on the phone with my husband, crying about our current infestation problem, a gentleman from big blue knocked on my door. I literally started to laugh and said God must’ve sent you. As it was, he was looking for another house, but I told him about my experience and he made time for me that very day to come out and take care of the Ant infestation. I’ve been a loyal and appreciative fan of them ever since They are always professional, courteous, they show up when they say they’re going to and explain more to me about bugs than I ever thought I would have an interest in. I’ve had them show me pictures of bugs that I’ve never heard of before. Never in my Wild imagination would be so dedicated to what they do, but everyone I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with big blue bug. They are the only company I have used since and that I can recommend to anyone that’s in need of their services

He helped me understand the nuances of the pest, thoroughly explained his company's treatment options, and told me what I should lookout for in the future. He didn't try to push me into an ongoing service or upsell me an expensive package. Turns out, the bugs were a harmless migrating species that only look like an invasive pest. I now have peace of mind knowing that my house is safe and that if I do have a pest issue in the future, I have a top-notch professional I can trust.

We have used Big Blue for a couple of years now. They come when they say they will, calling 1/2 hour before. Before using BBB, we'd tried for years to identify where and control mice getting into our home. The back-breaking straw was our daughter opening the pantry door and coming face-to-face with a mouse clinging to one of the kitchen aprons! Not sure who screamed more loudly ;) We also have a contract for ants and have seen a huge, immediate improvement with both pests. After contracting with Big Blue for mice and ants; we saw an immediate HUGE improvement. All technicians have been professional and pleasant; thank you Brett for your friendly service! Never heard back from them, even though I called a few times and even reached out by email. They responded quickly after I requested information, after reviewing the quote, I had some questions so I reached out..3 times, and I never got a response. Not sure how their service would be, but the response effort was non existent. Even though the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly but she didn’t have all the answers.
