This past spring we were at the end of our rope with ticks! We would pick multiple off the dogs after them just walking on our front lawn. After hiring Heavens Best we have not seen a single tick on our pets. 100% recommend. Thank you!

No critters since we started using them. We have ants every spring but they come and treat and they disappear. We also have our yard sprayed for ticks and mosquitoes and can enjoy our backyard with no issues.

They were great for the first couple of years that they treated my yard for tick and mosquito repellent. This year they were only treating half my yard and charging me full price. I spoke with them and I thought we had it worked out, but apparently not. They still came and treated only half my yard. I know because I have cameras around my house. I canceled my service and I got an email asking if I had been happy with the service. I replied I was not and why and they never responded. So I guess they don’t really care about their customer service.

I did respond to your email and apologized because the Tech that came was different than the usual guy. We do care about customers and customer service and I think our many 5 star reviews shows that. I'm not sure why you didn't get my email but, we do apologize for the misunderstanding. I've also credited you for your last service.

You sent me an invoice for $150.00 - yet the only service your employee performed was to give me an estimate. I certainly do not want to do business with your company!

This was not the case and we worked it out with the customer. She said she didn't know how to change the review. We challenged with Google but got no response.

These folks are Awesome! Knowledgeable and engaged in using that knowledge to drive the results we are looking for- pest free home! They could have just come to do their job and leave but they went the extra mile- for example we had a tree cutting service at our home the same time they were here to spray for Ants and they surveyed the cut up trees to see if they were a source for the Ants they were here to resolve for us-Awesomeness! TY Heavens Best Pest Control- truly the BEST next to Heaven of course!

high quality basic service. Some technicians don't know how to access attic. Some services are not available, and technicians are unfamiliar with it. i.e. Brown tail moth treatment for trees. Overall, I highly recommend them.
