I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenneth and Selena after noticing carpenter ants around the house. From the initial call to the follow-up, their customer service was top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. They were able to identify not only carpenter ant damage, but also identified another ant causing some of the damage. We cannot say enough about Advanced Pest Solutions. We have a house that uses SIP panels, which have many advantages, but are prone to Carpenter ant damage. For 20 years, we had used the largest pest company in our area of midcoast Maine. They sent different employees each visit, none of which were familiar with SIPS, so we had to keep showing them the potential problems. Once a novice was accompanied by an instructor and HE knew nothing about them! Ken has specific training with this type of construction. We had the beginning of a problem with Acrobat Ants 24 feet up in the peak of a cathedral ceiling, which they took care of. The difference between what Ken and Selena did treating every part of the house and the other company's routine treatment was like night and day. It took them at least twice as long, yet their price was actually lower and they were far more pleasant to work with! They deserve every success!

Ken and Selena were great! They removed my boldface hornets' nest quickly and efficiently. They also did a thorough check of the interior and exterior of my home to identify any other pest issues. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Priced a bit lower than competitors, which dandy enough, what I believe sets these wonderful folks apart is they do not require a contract! This business is run by the nicest people. They have helped reduce pests and rodents in my home and outside of it. The list of creepy crawlies they give you that their service kills is no joke. After the first few services, I came across pests I didn't even know were in my home that were now dead because they came into contact with their traps/spray/dust. I've now had Advanced Pest Solutions service my home through all seasons, including winter when they re-fill traps inside and outside your home, garage, and even in my car. For anything ants, mice, spiders, wasps, etc... I truly could not recommend them more. If you book them for one thing, you'll find benefit in 10 other areas. Worth it for the $$ 100%. They are always on time for service, usually 15 minutes early, and always send a reminder before your next service.

I’m not satisfied with their SHORT email notification of an appointment. I called and ask to reschedule and informed them of an issue. I didn’t get a call back. They just rescheduled and sent the short notice via email. They documented that they spoke with the tenant but would not call back the owner of the property. 😡

I only have a one because I had to to leave a review. Don’t use this company. Number one they were suppose to give me 48 hours notice and get a confirmation before showing up at my house. I have a brain injured son that doesn’t do well with people and my husband works late so he sleeps during day . They showed up announced and got my son all upset to where he had to wake up my husband. Then they didn’t even spray where they were suppose to. And now three days later my son got a tick on him where they were suppose to have sprayed.

I'm very happy with the level of knowledge and experience that I've experienced with Advance Pest Solutions this year. They answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to treat ongoing issues throughout my home.
