While we didn't have a chance to meet Quack, our experience with Andy Mac was excellent. He was responsive, timely, efficient and very giving with his obvious expertise. During a period where I often have trouble even receiving call backs from some contractors, working with Mac was a refreshing change. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

Andy was beyond helpful when I spoke with him yesterday. Even though he was unable to help me with spraying for ticks due to my proximity to a lake, he gave me a ton useful information. I won't say that I hope to have issues with pests so I can give him some biz, but if I do I will 100% call Mac & Quack's : ) Thanks again!
