The number listed on this Google page is estranged from the company. His name is Al and is incredibly rude and aggressive. As a local business that uses these services and called them with a question, I was appalled with the manner in which Al answered the phone and insulted his business partner. If its a personal matter he should have kept it professional and he was everything but professional. The other business owner, Terry, is very nice, professional and timely. He is a gem to work with. I do not recommend contacting the person listed (Al) on this Google search. Reach out to Terry from Command Pest Services only!

Ran into a tech while out I asked very simple questions you should know if your in the industry and they could not answer a single one Seems like they have zero training or actual working knowledge in the industry

Sorry to say if a company comes into my house I have a right to ask questions .I asked a simple question, I heard spraying spreads the bugs...HE got all rude saying ,hay you read that online , that was my first mistake ....well every one I talked to ,say the ONLY way to get rid of bedbugs is to enclose an steam ,or what ever they do <<NOT SPRAY.they sprayed weds DEC 5 I got them already DEC 7 got one saved ..and I got pics of 4 bites last nite DEC 7

Well Mr. Gilstorf, protocol for bedbug treatment is usually 3 treatments. It is not uncommon to find live bedbugs after the first treatment. No one is waving a magic wand sir. The eradication process takes time. I also told you the treatment we use does not push bed bugs into other areas and I answered all your questions. It seemed to me you were more interested in arguing than listening.

Won't recommend a full treatment of a 100 unit contained in a single building. Ineffective treatment and limited efficacy.

We had a nest of angry yellow jackets, and guests arriving. Al was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Problem solved!

I called them and gave them an idea of what our problem was. They showed up the next day. They were professional, knowledgable, upbeat, clean, efficient and informative. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
