Twice this company has sent solicitors onto my property. Scootering by multiple keep out and no trespassing signs and purple markers. Training employees to trespass is bad business. I don’t know what else I can do but pursue legal action because obviously they cannot read.

Horrible company that lies. Do NOT use them. Didn’t even apologize for their mistakes. Clearly unprofessional on top of problematic.

We were approached by a salesman from this company we were hesitant but signed up. They have been here three times within a two month period we still are seeing pests, I have tried to reach anyone at this company for the last two months no one will call you back no one will respond I was told I would get a credit,but when I called back they said that Melissa said that I would not be getting any credit, I’ve never even heard that name, but no one ever informed me of this. I cannot even cancel this contract because no one will get back to me. If you like wasting money this is the company for you .

Update: Insight is working very hard to fix the issues with scheduling. I'll change my rating when it all pans out. The business is very unreliable. The sales team distributes inaccurate information - promises of a full season's refund if your pest problem isn't resolved in 2 retreats (its actually only $50 refunded) and implying that ladder work is fine (techs will not go up on ladder). They constantly change the schedule without notification and they never show up in the promised window of time. The termination fees to cancel your service early are very high. After 1 season of work, I still have ants & spiders, and it costs me another $270 to cancel. The only good thing - if you can get them to show up, the team that does the treatment is always nice to work with.

Blake was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about the product. I only went with the one time extermination instead of a yearly commitment and I think the price was a great value for all that they did! With all that being said, my sales rep did state that it would only be a one time fee and they would come four times to spray. When in reality it was a recurring monthly fee to have them come four times. I did specifically ask if I would be charged more than once (as the deal sounded too good) and the answer was no as he was signing me up for a yearly commitment. However, Blake was very straight forward in his response about the commitment I signed up for and easily rectified the situation to a one time fee and spray. So overall, it ended up not being an issue except that I paid for one spray when I thought it was going to be 4. However like I mentioned above, It was still a good price for the one time spray. When I signed up to have my yard sprayed I was told they would come on Monday at 10 am. By 11am on Monday when they still had not come or shown up I called their costumer service number. I was told they have a 2 hour window to get there as sometimes they run behind on other jobs but that the technician was on his way. At 1pm when still no one was there and no one had called I contacted costumer service again and got a new rep. It was at that time he said they didn't have me on the schedule until Tuesday at 10 am. He did apologize profusely for the misunderstanding. On the bright side their costumer service was extremely easy to get a hold of and you talked to a real person and not a computer. Overall happy with my experience and would go with them again in the future.
