We had Nick Walters visit our home recently. We were very impressed with the thorough job he did checking our bait boxes and putting new bait in our boxes.The report he wrote gave us good information concerning the activity the boxes are getting. We are extremely pleased with the service we are receiving. RD

He showed up right on time, explained what he would do, and then went ahead and did it. Too soon to tell if he was successful, but so far it seems like it.

They came in after already giving an estimate and a invoice bill to the landlord. And walked out for no obvious reason and also wouldn't disclose why they couldn't treat and was ordered to leave the property. Is my landlord blacisted or something? 3rd floor didn't answer there door, they went into the 2nd floor. I am on the first and was putting my dogs up. He had gone in the basement and obviously made a call the the boss. This was for a ongoing mouse infection.

A technician came for a complimentary visit to see the property and talk about their services. When he finished he told us that we'd receive a call in a week to schedule the first treatments. They sent emails to set up our account online along with a $0 invoice for the consultation. Three weeks went by with call. I called their office and the voicemail was full, so I sent an email. It's now 56 business hours since then with no reply. I called the next day and left a voicemail, it's now 48 business hours with no reply. I called again the next day and left a voicemail, it's now 40 business hours with no reply. I called a third time the next day, left a message and 32 business hours with no reply. Yesterday I called a different pest control company. Not only did the different pest company schedule a date for treatment early next week on that call, the different pest company also provided a direct phone number for my sales rep.

After reading reviews ranging from 1 year to 6 years ago its amazing they still exist. I have tried to call 4 times and left one of there surveys to try and set up appointments. All with no response, thank you but on to the next company. Sad really.

My initial experience with Pine State Pest Solutions was generally positive. I asked for an inspection and that went just fine, but when it came to the actual treatments, things went downhill quickly. The technician was two hours late. E-mails and phone calls fell on deaf ears. They don't seem to value my time. Scheduling the follow up inspection was a hassle. I was told that they've already responded to my e-mails when they clearly haven't. Luckily, the times that they set up without my confirmation worked out. The second technician was on time and did a great job. E-mails for a final inspection asking for a Thursday was replied to with "I have you booked for Friday afternoon!" without considering that maybe no one will be home on that day. And the icing on the cake is that they still showed up today, Thursday, when I basically told them that I no longer need them and exclaimed how unhappy I was with their services. I don't understand how they've failed with basic communication, it's not rocket science. I'd have honestly given then 4 stars if not for this glaring matter.

The receptionist is not friendly and never answers the phone. I called several times and left a few messages and never got a call back. Try Green pest defense! They have Excellent customer service, good prices and fast service :)

They are a lot of drama and ineffective. They like to create tenant/landlord disputes, and if they called the landlords dirtbags to us, I imagine the reverse is also true. So bugs still a problem months later but now there’s drama with the landlord. Way to go. Pine State Pests.

I gave a one star review last year for making an appt and getting a no show no call and no return call after trying to follow up for a week. I would give zero stars if I could now. I decided to give this company another chance after reading all the five star reviews. Maybe there was a hiccup in their communication. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and left message, received a call back Thursday. She would have someone come out around three to do an inspection. Two guys showed up. They were super nice. I had a tiny Tupperware container with three bugs. After they inspected all the rooms and furniture they told me that had to take the sample I gave them back to have their boss take a peek under the microscope to determine what kind of bug it was. I should hear from him tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went, followed by the weekend. I called them Monday afternoon and left message, as of Tuesday at 2pm no call. I don't know how this company stays in business or do they just rely on the bigger jobs to make money. Just completely unprofessional. Won't make the same mistake a third time.

10/29 I called for mouse service,told $450,no problem.They showed up same day and placed everything for removal, 3-5 days they were to come back to remove trapped mice and seal up spots needed. I asked for 3 days as I have small kids and animals and didn’t want dead mice around the basement. 2 weeks later I get a call to schedule someone to come out, after I explained that we had already cleaned everything up ourselves due to no one coming out I was told I will not be billed for service but will be charged for equipment, no problem, invoice received for $181. I replied asking when someone would be out to pick up the black boxes outside, emails exchanged ( mixing up my house with someone else’s) and I called to leave a message to discuss, no response. Today 11/29 I get an invoice for $380 and was told that they decided to charge me for the services and if I don’t want the boxes outside they won’t charge me. So I call and am told that the owner said to charge me,even though they did not come back or return my calls or emails,but my invoice went from $450 to $181 to $380 and I cleaned up all the traps,dead mice, sealed my basement spots myself and still have boxes that I’ve request via email and. Phone to be removed. Communication and organization is lacking and this is company no one should get involved in. Be careful!!

Filled out the online inquiry form = no response. A few weeks later, I emailed them directly and after several emails made appointment for an inspection last Friday 8/24 at 9AM . No show by 10:20, so I call the office, where all I can do is leave a message. At 11AM I replied to the email between Parker and Caroline Adams, and myself (in which the appointment was confirmed). It is now Monday at 7:50PM and I've heard from no one at Pine State Pest. I will now make an appointment with a competitor and wait several more weeks for my inspection. So much for trying to support local businesses.

I left an e-mail message on their web site but no one responded. I then left a voice mail on their phone line and no one ever called me back. Next!
