Sugarland Exterminating

I would NOT recommend Sugarland Exterminating. The last time they came to spray for termites at my house, the guy backed his truck up in the driveway and was gone in a few minutes. He didn’t have time to unroll the hose much less spray around my house. I tried to pay them for the work they DIDN’T perform just to get them to go away after a while but they want you to pay the collection agency they are in cahoots with to get more money out of you which will never happen. My wife and I have been a customer about a year now. The first few times the technician would come service was amazing, I couldn't ask for better. The last four or five times including today the technician was there under five minutes. I have a two story, six bedroom two bath house. There is just no possible way to spray the whole house in under five minutes. No new roach bait traps have been put down since the initial visit. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They want you to sign a contract so you can't cancel services. I don't know what they spray with but it's so diluted it does not kill a single bug. They come into your home and do a little squirt here and there and leave. They aren't in my home for 5 minutes and gone. I had better results using a can of raid. At least with raid I had dead bugs. They just feed them. I'm strongly thinking of reporting them to the better business bureau.
