They've been my pest control for 4 years and have overcharged me ! It's my fault for trusting them and not comparing prices. I decided that 150.00 a quarter was high so I asked other companies who said, yes, you are being overcharged! I found a reputable place ( Biliiot ) for 90. a quarter. It just so disappointing that you can't trust some people and that they'll take advantage of you because you don't know better. Shame on them. Of course, they ghosted me when I called them out on it. Hopefully someone will read this and not have same problem.

We have been using Audubon Pest Control for the past 3 years and are very satisfied with their attention to quality and expertise. Eugene, one of their service expert is friendly and very knowledgable about any issues that come out. He has us assisted with every kind of pest and rodent issue we have had as well as other members of our family. Chris, the termite service expert was recently doing the yearly termite control and alerted us of a water leak that had gone unnoticed previously. We were very grateful of that. All in all, we are very happy with Audubon Pest Control and highly recommend. And thank you, Dawn to your timely reminders!

Eric came over for a short inspection, spent about 5 minutes in one room of the house and was very unpleasant. He assured us that we were dealing with formosan swarmers in an old house and left. We encountered huge amounts of swarmers over the next few days, and he lectured me for 10 minutes on the phone that there was nothing to do. We called another inspector who located 3 different colonies of dry wood termites in the house that Eric never even bothered to check out. Apparently he couldn't tell the difference. Maybe this company is good for preventive maintenance but they were horrible when it came to diagnosis and treatment.

Called and was serviced same day! Spoke with Dawn early in the morning and she was so helpful and on point with everything. Dawn was able to get me in SAME DAY before we leave town on vacation. Eugene came to our home and walked us through everything. Explained the process, the chemicals, and set some good expectations for us. GREAT GUY! Thanks Dawn and Eugene! Will be recommending to everyone

I have used Audubon Pest Control for my termite contract for at least 18 years. They have always been great to work with. The owner Eric was the first person I worked with and he was very professional, reasonable and thorough. After a few years Chris would inspect and do preventive treatments and he too was just as thorough and easy to work with as Eric. Yesterday I had to have the full blown preventative treatment again and Zack was sent for the first time. I have a very difficult house to treat… low crawl space, multiple neighbor properties to have to enter, and many obstacles to deal with. As his predecessors before him, Zack was wonderful. He showed up right on time at 8:30 am and pulled away around 4:00 pm never leaving for lunch. I will attest this company is thorough, honest and damn good! Extra thumbs up to them and to Zack! I feel so confident and relieved my house is protected. I also want to give Dawn a shout out. She keeps me current and never pressures when things need to be handled. These folks are local and they care. If 5 stars is the limit than I certainly give them that. Otherwise they are a perfect 10 to me. Thank you Eric, Chris, Dawn and ZACK!

I had bought a used refrigerator and inherited German roaches which started to show up 2 months after. I called Audubon pest control and they sent gene out and he was very professional. He did a thorough assessment of the situation and explained what he was going to do and what to expect with the services. He did an outstanding job and I will be using them for my quarterly pest maintenance for now on and would highly recommend Audubon pest control to others in the future.

Called Audubon Pest Control on a Saturday to see what it would cost for an inspection and possible termite treatment ie trench & chemical or bait system. Owner Eric was very professional with the information he provided and sent out Chris that very day! Chris shows up, inspected, gave honest assessments of what he found and saw on our property, of which helped us choose which road we needed to head down. He dug the trenches around our home and shed area as we requested and treated the areas we requested. He also gave us tips about what to have around the home to deter the termites. HONESTLY this was the BEST service that we received and I will be honest when I say that we called Terminix first because the that is what was recommended by the previous home owner. Terminix treated us as just another customer worried for nothing and gave us ballpark pricing and some options. They did not seem to CARE about our home. Audubon took care of us! Not only was the price affordable but the service they provided was so much better. Please please as a homeowner check these guys out. They are friendly, professional and TRULY care about your investment. Big corporate has lost our business!!!
