Been paying a contract renewal, as required by my mortgage company, every year for several years now. My only problem with it is, I've never actually seen them come to my property and inspect or spray or anything, not even once. I have security cameras up, and have been home almost everytime they say someone has come by to do what they claim to have done, but in the 6 years that I've been living in my home I've never seen anyone come here either while I was home or on camera. Half my house was blown away in a hurricane because of termite damage, I've been overrun by spiders, and have found snakes and rats in my yard. What am I paying this contract for again?

You are paying for us to service your home for termites. You are not currently under a protection plan therefore the Contract you have is to service your home not protect it. You had termite damage when you purchased the home as reflected by the WDIR. We have record of inspecting and spraying your home annually since the inception of your Contract. You should review your Contract as spiders, snakes and rats do not fall under the termite treatment category. That is strictly pest control and we use different chemical and/or product to treat that. If you needed pest control service we could have provided that as well. Educating yourself before leaving a review would be a more truthful approach and a simple phone call to the office could have clarified any confusion you had, as to what you are paying for. There is no obligation to keep the services with us.

The tech was told by homeowner not to spray inside as we were working on subfloor. Not 5 minutes later I here a noise and stick my head out of the hole to look and get sprayed in my face. The tech left fast, the company wouldn't tell me what to do or precautions to take, and instead said I was lying and they never had sprayed. I'm a seizure patient worried about possible issues and now have a red rash on my face that burns. I'm reporting and going to hospital for advice.
