Simply the best! I wouldn't hire another company ever. Brianna, Justin, and Kevin know their business; they tell the truth and the bugs are gone. German roaches, cockroaches, ants, and bed bugs. They are no-nonsense and know their business. Hire Pied Piper.

Honestly expected another quick spray-and-leave situation, but this company actually inspected the property properly first. The technician explained why cockroaches kept returning near the laundry area and treated the source instead of just visible spots. Nearly a month later, still no sign of them anywhere indoors.

Caleb was friendly and very knowledgeable! He arrived at the stated time for initial appointment. At this time he provided detailed information regarding the inspection , the best options for my home , the process and the cost for both initial service and availability of an ongoing contract. Caleb provided excellent service during both the initial visit and follow up visits. The entire Pied Piper staff are courteous and friendly. They were highly recommended by my daughter and now I am passing on the recommendation to family and friends.
