Nick really knew his stuff and was able to figure out how the wasps were getting into my home, even though there wasn’t an actual nest. While he was here, he also noticed another issue I had that was completely unrelated and something I hadn’t even realized yet. He was on time, professional, and super patient in answering all of my questions and explaining things in a way that made sense to me. Great customer service overall, and I would definitely recommend this family-owned business.

Nick was extremely thorough . He went over and above what we expected. He took everything out of the cabinets and drawers,to make sure that he vacuumed every possible roach he could find. Then he put everything back in place .I was amazed. He explained things so well,and gave us recommendations going forward . He was easy to talk to. We are so happy that we found somebody we can trust . He did a fabulous job. We really appreciate it.

Nick and Aline are awesome! They are very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable people. Even from the very first day we started using this business, which was in 1997, the Alexander's, past and current staff have become part of the family and you get treated like family. This business is highly recommended for your pest control needs.(FYI...does not treat husband nor children (pest) problems. 2021 - Years later, Nick continues to do a great job. I can’t see ever changing to any other company and WE hope WE NEVER have to! Now when the house is passed down and they retire, I feel sorry for the next person. You can’t find better people and great service!!!
