Horrible horrible horrible. Don't schedule they randomly cancel with no reason after you have taken time off work. This was the final draw for me. I pulled my service from them. Always billing issues, when I transferred service they serviced my sold home and billed me. It is always something with this poorly managed company. When I requested the owners contact info they refused to give it to me. He hides behind a phone service. They shouldn't be in business. Don't say I didn't warn anyone t

We have had a contract with jay roy for over 25 years - we called to have the house sprayed for roaches and 2 days later we saw NO dead roaches, but several live ones. When we called to ask them to come back out since it had only been 2 days - they said they would only come out for another $139 fee.....and said that spraying was not guaranteed - their service is "bug control" yet they don't stand behind the job! seriously considering moving my termite contract.
