Have you ever wondered how a company would respond to stepping through your 2 month old sons nursery ceiling, resulting in feces covered insulation dropping over his room? Orkin gets a gold star for the worst response ever! I got a call from the service manager right after the ceiling was broken and was told contractors would come out later that evening. I was upset but understood that accidents happen, at this point I was expecting Orkin to offer a slight discount due to the damage and now cleaning that needed to be done but nothing was offered, stating the branch manager needed to hear about it. It was Saturday, so we were told we’d hear back Monday. The drywall people came Saturday evening and Sunday morning. They had the nursery door shut while they worked so it wasn’t until after they left that I realized they had covered absolutely nothing and now the entire room was covered in drywall dust, mud was on the door handles and ceiling fan. The patch job looks like it’s bubbling and is already cracking. I called Monday and spoke with Jacob, who only offered to send a cleaning service which I declined due to who they sent out to repair the drywall. The amount of stuff that was damaged in my son’s room is beyond upsetting. We had to call Orkin Monday, as they have not called either time they said they would, and we were only offered a 10% discount on the service they performed. What an absolute joke. We have not been able to get ahold of the branch manager in all of this. Orkin, you have destroyed my son’s nursery, items that were made and gifted to him before he was born by loved ones and everything that has followed has shown what type of company you are.

I had a bad experience with my local customer service. She didn’t understand when I told her going forward I needed to be notified (no email; no call)when they draft money from my bank account that’s not the same amount as agreed to. Mind you, the amount was less than normal but a customer needs to be notified of any adjustments. She didn’t want to continue the conversation so she hung up on me. An Unhappy Customer

I’d give 6 stars if I could! They came out next day, answered all 100 of my questions, really took their time and made me feel so much better about our situation. They really went above and beyond and we are more than happy!
