Pleasant competent quick response on a Sunday of all days! I certainly signed up for service With Melissa.

I just spoke with Danielle about a question with my billing. She was very nice and explained all the current and future charges. Very helpful. She is also sending someone out to respray the weeds around my patio that were missed for no charge. Very pleasant and helpful.

Thy were very good at communicating when they were coming and what they were doing. Great service.

My yard doesn’t look any different this year than it did last year. I’m a little disappointed. I’m going to give it another year to see if there is any improvement. Management was supposed to assess my yard but cancelled the appointment. The appointment still has not been rescheduled.

Figured they would help control the random weeds I had started growing in my lawn while I was away, but they documented the weeds instead. They would annotate the weeds growing, do regular treatment, and weeds never got fixed. After being away for a summer, half my lawn was crab grass and dandelions. When I called to cancel, they put me back on the schedule for next season. When I called to cancel again, they played pass the phone to the next level manager. After finally canceling, their people are still calling me asking me to come back every few months.

My experience with Weedman has been very disappointing, especially from someone with such a high Google rating. I was supposed to have aeration and overseeding in late September, but watched them and they only aerated. Called them and they said they documented using a large amount of seed. Went out to my yard and double checked and there was not a seed in my yard. Called back and they said the aerator actually puts the seed in the aeration holes, but that was not true because nothing was growing from the holes. Supervisor came out and agreed that no seed was spread and noted that he would have someone come out the next week, but no one came out. Called in about the overseeding, and the person on the phone agreed it was never scheduled. They finally sent someone out with a hand spreader instead of the machine as they promised, and now I have horrible looking streaks all over my yard. They also never got rid of the weeds in my yard, and their response was that it takes years to get rid of even though my next door neighbor started lawn care with a different company and his yard is weed free with and not patchy. Now I have a poorly needed yard and I will have to winterize my irrigation system, which I already pushed back one to give the seeds a chance to grow. Follow through and results has been terrible. Needless to say, I will not be going with them next year.

I'm not sure what these people do for the money but they definitely don't earn or give any measurable value. I stuck with it for this entire season, they got rid of a few dandelions but the rest is a scam. Mosquito & pest problems never even waned, weeds thrived, they did nothing to help. I have reported their techs to their office multiple times, sent them Ring video showing they spend 30-45 seconds randomly spraying here & there (I have an acre of land) - I'm always told managers will call back but never happens. This company is a huge scam that even when presented with video evidence does nothing for the money. Nothing more than legal theft if you hire them.

Weedman started treating my lawn this year, and my lawn has never looked worse. This is sod that is one year old that their chemicals burned up. This is after aerating and overseeding as well. Additionally, not only did their products ruin my brand new sod- they created chaos in my pool. My pool cover was sprayed and now I have chemical imbalances that two pool companies have confirmed are from the lawn treatments. My lawn is on an irrigation schedule, so watering and maintenance on my part is not the issue. Do not use Weedman.

First year trying weed man and from mix ups from spraying my neighbors yard several times instead of mine and rude service techs to poor communication from customer service. They seam more interested in up selling you than they are about treating your lawn. I will be looking elsewhere for my next lawn care provider.

I am truly disappointed with their services and mostly with their billing practices. I was given a quote and my first bill was fine , but then my second bill was almost double the first bill. Then when I canceled the service after the 3rd treatment they said I would owe $217.00 which makes no sense given my bill was supposed to be 126 per month and they took 194.00 out of my bank account. They have me paying for services I haven't received. When I spoke with a manager she said that I was not given the correct prices for services. How is that my problem...then she couldn't explain the billing to me either without getting confused herself. If your company gives a customer the incorrect information that is on the business not the client. I am so done with this company and their outrageous billing practices. I will also be contacting the Attorney Generals office regarding their business practices and the Better Business Bureau. After paying them almost 300.00 my yard still has the same weeds it had when they started. What a waste.

My grass was perfect and green before hiring them. I just hired them to give my grass an extra green and just thought everyone needs a lawn company. My grass is looking so much worse. I have dead grass and brown patches everywhere and lots of weeds and plants are growing now where I didn’t even have weeds before because it’s a new grass. Communicating with them is always a challenge and they lack accountability.

Came for our first treatment and spent a whole 15 minutes on my 3/4 acre yard. They said they would fertilize and take care of weeds . With a back pack sprayer i saw him spray a few but i have not seen any of them curl up. The whole yard especially the front has many weeds which is why i called in the first place. A quick run through half hearted effort will not help my lawn. I will be canceling service

Contracted in spring to aerate lawn in fall. I also purchased lawn treatment which was so-so (I had to augment between treatments/call to re-apply); HOWEVER, when it was time to aerate I received an email that the machine didn’t fit through gate. The technician did not try the larger gate and by the time someone offered to aerate it was past first frost.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Burnt my lawn with chemicals, I have more weeds now than ever before. Excuse after excuse!! Always wanted to blame anything else except owning their poor service!! Charged me $105 to cancel, after paying $300. Total over $400. After paying all that money. I had to go out and buy fertilizer and weed killer. I wasted hundreds on them!! Run fast. Run now!! I’m leaving photos!!
