Awesome experience. Communication was timely and very pleasant. Quick service next day. We had a large wasp nest removed from a tree. Aaron arrived on time and well prepared. Took care of the problem swiftly. Very professional. Best money I spent in a long time. Would use again and definitely would recommend.

I have used Ketchum pest control twice in the last few years and recommend to anyone fighting with insects. They cam through clutch this year when our home got invaded by ants. They also helped tremendously a few years back when carpenter bees started burrowing in our mancave walls. Always a great job at a fair price. You cant beat them!

Just had ketchum come out to get rid of the spiders in my crawl space. 🕷😬 I am very happy with the service I received. I feel like he went above and beyond. He was nice and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable. 👍🏻

Stan Ketchum, I believe is probably one of the owners cuss me out and told me to go with Orkin and he would not piss On Orkin probably makes more money than they do but anyways, I was just trying to get an estimate and got cussed out very unprofessional does not know how to do business I would not recommend this company to no one

Stan reached out to me when I inquired into the service. We emailed back and forth several times talking about price and service. Once I agreed to the service we were setting up date and times and he stopped responding. Tried multiple times to reach back out again but over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. Probably a good service once be gets out there, but I'm not impressed with the way I wad treated as a consumer
