While talking with Michelle about another insect issue, I noticed that yellow jackets were coming and going from the soffit of my home. While they did not need to treat for the other insect issue, Kris promptly came out to spray the bees. Both Michelle and Kris are wonderful, helpful people and I will gladly refer this business to anyone who looking for a great extermination company.

Have had Shipley out twice for two different yellow jacket issues and just recently for ants in the house. All three times they were professional and very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain on why the insects are there and what to expect after treatment and they guarantee their work. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Came out to help us with yellow jackets at Beaver Dam. Really nice guy, great communication before during and after. We would definitely call them again (but not too soon- they definitely solved our problem for this year!)
