This is my second home purchase and the second time I used Greg of Castle Inspections. Greg is extremely transparent and thorough in his inspection. He encourages you to come with him during the inspection process and he will explain his findings, take photos and will outline in a detailed report. He's professional, courteous, and timely. Greg was absolutely amazing. 14 page report of the house was thorough and well made along with pictures of the issue. Now I essentially have a list of things I need to fix or upgrade which is VERY HELPFUL as a first time home owner. He found plenty things that I missed during my first time seeing the house I’m currently purchasing. He was able to answer all of my dumb questions without an issue and was easily able to explain it to my level of understanding. No wonder this company is rated very highly no matter where i search the company up. I will hire this guy for every single house I plan on purchasing and I recommend him to anyone, he will find something and show it to you. It will be to the point where if I buy a house and I need it inspected in Portugal, Mongolia, or Wakanda, I will pay for his flight ticket and lodging. I have absolutely no negative complaints about his service and I’m sure no one else either.

Greg had inspected a 2018 home for us. While many issues may not arise in a newer home, Greg was able to find different issues you don’t normally see when looking at a home the first time. Certain things like small crack in unfinished basements, and being able to explain the difference between a foundation issue and things the builder did. Lastly he went above and beyond to search the attic where a small leak was found in the roof. Luckily for us we are going to get this fixed before we buy. I will be using Greg again in the future and highly recommend him for any home inspection.

No need to look any further! Choosing a home inspector is one of the most important things you'll ever do. I am so grateful that we chose Greg at Castle Inspections. Our inspection lasted four hours; let's just say that this house had some issues. Greg remained extremely professional throughout the process. He never told us not to buy it, that's not his job. The detailed 20 page report spoke for itself. We backed out of the offer and hired him again for the next house. Having a home inspector that you trust is priceless. Thanks Greg!
