My husband and I found Jeff and his services over twelve years ago . Over the years Jeff has removed bees and wasp from our home, offices and rental properties. Recently Jeff removed honeybees from our home. Jeff is absolutely the best of professionals. Jeff's skills and knowledge are too notch. We highly recommend complete bee removal . Thank you Jeff.

I have been using complete bee removal 4 10 years. I have rental properties in the states of ohio,Kentucky and Tennessee. Jeff had successfully removed 20 hives from my rental properties over the years. His service and knowledge is unmatched. His most recent removal was in December. I highly recommend his services if you have any issues with bees or wasp give jeff a call.

I discovered i had honeybees and yellow jackets in my house. I called my pest controll company. I was told I had two honeybee hives in my house. I called another company . They gave me an estimate over the phone. All most $3,000. They told me they would get someone out to me. Two days later nothing. I called them back. No answer. I discovered the company was based in Texas. I went looking again. I found another company. The company sent someone out. After his assessment. He quoted me $15,000. Not going to happen. I found complete bee removal. I called and talked to jeff. Jeff stopped that afternoon. Jeff explained to me several things and his process. The quote was well within my budget. Jeff scheduled me in. Three days later Jeff arrived. He completed both removals in about 9 hours. Jeff stopped by 4 days later. All was well. As each day passed. The activity became less. Within 2 weeks my issue was over. I had my house back. The removal was less than $2500. Call jeff if you have issues with bees and wasp.

I wasted $900. This guy lectures on integrity, honesty, blah blah blah. He sure got my check quickly, came by, didn’t fix the problem… and I ended having to remove the wasp trap and paint the area myself because he took so long. Meanwhile, wasps are still flying all over my house. No change. Extremely disappointed with this guys so-called services. I cannot recommend him at all.

We discovered a yellow jacket nest in our bedroom ceiling which is a terrifying as it sounds. We had two other pest control companies come with no luck, they may be good with bugs but not bees. We were very fortunate to come across Jeff online while desperately seeking help. He came quickly, knew exactly what we were dealing with and worked very quickly to take care of the problem. We had yellow jackets in our siding under our gas fireplace and in the insulation of our basement. Jeff was very quick to respond and was able to remove the whole nest. He also guaranteed his work for a year! Thank you for your help!!! I highly recommend!!

Jeff did a great job. A wasp nest was interior to our house, behind the siding. There were lots of wasps flying inside our house and building a hive between our living room and kids bedroom. He said he vacuumed out about a thousand, and that they were preparing to hatch thousands and thousands of eggs, which we got to ahead of time, thankfully. The service was vacuuming the bees, cutting into the siding, removing the hive, replacing and painting the siding (exact same color), sealing the opening and leaving a glue trap for any bees that returned. Completely 100% fixed on the day of service, and was quickly done too. The payment was 100% worth it. Jeff you did a great job, thank you!!!!

We had the best experience working with Jeff! He was very communicative and transparent about his process and his pricing. He was able to work with us quickly and showed us the nests after removal and the work he did to prevent more wasps from getting in. He followed up just as he said he would. He made a very stressful situation smooth and easy for us! We would absolutely work with him again!

After discovering a huge swarm on our home and several honeybees inside of our home, we quickly reached out to Jeff and was very impressed by his knowledge and confidence in being able to remove the bees. He came out within just a few days, which I was so thankful for, and it only took a couple of hours for him to remove the hive. I can’t say enough to express how much I appreciate Jeff Phelps of Complete Bee Removal! My husband is bed-bound and on a ventilator in the room below the honeybees. (Other bee removal companies said they would cut a hole in the ceiling of the room where my husband is!😰🚫) I was concerned about not only bees, but any dust or irritants that would be released into the home. Jeff blocked any exit route the bees or dust could take into other areas of the home. Jeff pulled up the carpet in the room above my husband and cut the floorboard to reveal the bees and honeycomb. He knew exactly where to cut due to his experience. He gently removed the honeycombs and vacuumed up the bees for relocation. He reinforced the plywood floor with 2x4 lumber and replaced the plywood, pad, and carpet. *I snuck in while he was working and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me to be amidst the buzzing and commotion of the bees! Jeff did an amazing job of resolving our bee situation. We had a hive inside a support column paneling at a height of 15 feet. Jeff resolved the issue in a couple of days - he took care of the hive, patched up the paneling and painted the repair with a matching color. It is hard to tell there was a hive there! I called Jeff on a Saturday evening. He was at my house Sunday morning. Baldface wasp nest in pine tree in back yard. He donned his suit and removed nest. Hung sticky traps and will return Tuesday to check. As promised, I'm hoping my peach trees bare fruit this summer so he can enjoy some free for the picking peaches. I do recommend Jeff and wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Jeff explained our situation and what would be involved with the removal of yellow jackets and their nest. He did the removal work efficiently and effectively, repaired the wood where the nest had been, and then followed up with two visits to make sure that all yellow jacket activity was gone. I will gladly use his services again for any future bee or wasp issues. Highly recommend.

I called over the weekend, he came out on Monday and got rid of the wasp nest which was by our front door. He followed up two more times, in person, to make sure we were good. Honestly, best service I’ve had in any industry in a long time. I don’t leave many google reviews but this one is well deserved.
